AbstractThe use of Crime-Facilitating Drugs (DFCs) has become a common exercise among criminals, enabling the sexual act so that there is little or no resistance on the part of the victim. Therefore, it was aimed, through records of sexual crimes involving chemical submission, to correlate this type of violence with the epidemiological characteristics. This is a retrospective, cross-sectional, and documentary study based on the data collection, from the period 2016 to 2017, from toxicological reports of crimes related to the use of CFDs performed by the Nucleus of Forensic Toxicology of the Legal Medical Institute of the State of São Paulo (NTF-IML / SP).The study showed that victims of sexual crimes associated with psychoactive substances are mostly young women who have suffered sexual violence in the city center of São Paulo. The analysis of the toxicological reports showed that ethyl alcohol was the most used psychoactive, isolated or associated with other psychoactive substances, in criminal practice. Metoclopramide and delta 9tetrahydrocannabinol (D9-THC), isolated or associated with psychoactive substances, are also frequently used for this purpose. The correlation between the results is weak to indicate any direct relationship between the variables, however, the result of the toxicological test correlated with the sex of the victims was the most significant evidence.
