We examine the issue of adaptation of learning services to particular learner needs. We argue that offering custom learning services involves two aspects of the commodities of the services: offering custom services before their execution and during their execution. They both define a planning problem, that of the automated adaptation of learning objects problem. During this report, we present a proof of concept implementation of learning services where learners can execute learning objects, given the Concept -Resource -Order -Product (CROP) reference architecture for learning objects and learning domains.
