RESUMENEn el estudio se investigó los conflictos vivenciados por las adolescentes al descubrir su embarazo. Esta investigación descriptiva realizada con 12 adolescentes embarazadas se llevó a cabo en Jucás-Ceará. Los hallazgos fueron analizados después del agrupamiento en categorías temáticas que emergieron de los discursos de las entrevistadas al responder a la pregunta: Cómo has vivenciado el embarazo en la adolescencia? Se verificó que el embarazo era visto como un problema indeseado y que las adolescentes tenían miedo de compartir su descubrimiento con la familia o el compañero. Fueron observadas reacciones de los padres o responsables y el bajo nivel socioeconómico como determinantes de la no aceptación de la gestación. Se concluyó que el embarazo en la adolescencia se constituye en un problema de Salud Pú-blica, que debe ser visualizado ampliamente, percibiéndose a la adolescente y sus problemas cotidianos. DESCRIPTORESEmbarazo en adolescencia. Conducta del adolescente. Salud pública. ABSTRACTThis descriptive research with 12 pregnant teenagers was conducted in Jucás, State of Ceará. The findings were analyzed after being grouped in the thematic categories that emerged from the interviews carried out with the young women, who were asked to answer the question: How have you been experiencing pregnancy in adolescence?It was verified that pregnancy was seen as an undesired problem and that the pregnant teenagers were afraid to share their state with their family or partner. It was observed that the reaction from parents or legal guardians and the low socio-economic level were determinant for the non-acceptance of pregnancy. It was concluded that pregnancy in adolescence is an issue that belong to the realm of Public Health, and that it must be seen as part of a wider picture, in which the adolescents and their daily problems need to be considered. Objective:To analyze the context of health promotion with adolescents in the health and education interface focusing on the actions of the Brazilian School Health Program. Method: Qualitative study conducted in 2015 with professionals working in the Regional Executive Coordination IV, in Fortaleza, Ceará. The data obtained in the interview were processed in the ALCESTE program. Results: 17 health professionals and 22 education professionals participated in the study. The organization of spontaneous demand causes disharmony in the scheduled visits and health actions in the school. The difficulties in the implementation of the School Health Program were demonstrated by the lack of knowledge, the lack of planning among the sectors and the different demarcations in the territory. Conclusion: The professionals' lack of knowledge regarding the program and the lack of action planning confirm the disarticulation of the education and health sectors, although they indicate the possibilities of this inter-sectoral practice.
RESUMO:A carência, nos serviços de hemodiálise, de um enfoque educativo-terapêutico, construído com a participação dos sujeitos, despertou o desenvolvimento da pesquisa cujos objetivos foram: identificar situações de aprendizagens que sirvam de base para a prática de educação em saúde; descrever etapas de um instrumento didático facilitador para educação em saúde com base nas necessidades suscitadas por pacientes com doença renal crônica. Estudo qualitativo efetuado em setembro de 2006, utilizando a técnica de grupo focal com seis sujeitos que faziam hemodiálise. Os dados colhidos foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. Os participantes revelaram a necessidade de aprofundamento em temas específicos, como a questão social e a sexualidade. Os instrumentos educativos destacados foram a cartilha e o álbum seriado ilustrados com figuras. A escuta dos sujeitos permitiu-lhes mostrar suas necessidades de aprendizagem e apontar instrumentos e estratégias a serem utilizados na proposta de educação em saúde. ABSTRACT:The lack in services of hemodialysis which use an educational-therapeutic focus, built from subject participation, alerted us to develop this study. The objectives of this research were to identify learning situations that serve as a basis for practicing health education; to describe the stages of an educational instrument that facilitates health education based on the needs of chronic renal disease patients. This qualitative study was carried out in September of 2006, using the focus group technique with six patients that needed hemodialysis. The data collected was submitted to content analysis. The participants revealed the need for more profound investigation of specific themes, such as the social question and sexuality. The educational instruments highlighted were the manual and the album with illustrations. Listening to the subjects allowed them to show their learning needs and to point out instruments and strategies to be used in the health education proposal. Objective: To describe changes in nurses' care following the implementation of a group of pregnant teenagers in prenatal care based on the expectations and experiences of pregnant teenagers.Method: Qualitative and descriptive study conducted from February to November 2013 at a Primary Care Unit in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, through focus groups with 16 adolescents from the group of pregnant women in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. The analysis identified central ideas and units of meanings that formed the categories. Results:The strategy of a group of pregnant teenagers, which provides a space for coexistence and the establishment of ties encourages these individuals to talk about their needs, re-signifying their ties. Educational strategies to promote self-care of pregnant teenagers and care for their babies involve the sharing of experiences, doubts and beliefs. Conclusion:Considerations and suggestions of the adolescents contributed to guide nurses' practice and provide a strategic space of care and support for pregnant adolescents in primary care.Keywords: Pregnancy in adolescence. As estratégias educativas na promoção do cuidado de si e do bebê promovem aprendizados entre adolescentes pelo compartilhamento de experiências, dúvidas e crenças. Conclusão:As considerações e as sugestões das adolescentes contribuíram para nortear o enfermeiro no desenvolvimento do grupo e efetivá-lo como espaço estratégico de cuidados e apoio às adolescentes grávidas na atenção básica. Cerebral palsy is among the most common motor disabilities in our midst that limits individuals from carrying out their normal daily routines. The adjacent alterations, characterization, and participation of the child in these activities is not appropriated explored in the literature. The objective of this survey was to describe the capacity and performance of the children with cerebral palsy treated at an institution in the city of Fortaleza as to their capacity to carry out tasks and participate in daily life activities as stated in the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health. Thirty-two children were evaluated. The data collected was grouped by the software Statistical Package of Social of Science (SPSS). The ICF had proportioned an objective description from cerebral palsy disabilities. It was clear that the impact that the disease has on the life of the children.
