Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of a mathematical model that can be used to determine the ranking of the best educational institutions in the region and systematize educational institutions into appropriate clusters, taking into account their industry significance, ownership, efficiency of public funding and own revenues that effectively use innovation and research potential. Methods of research. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study was the theories and views presented in the works of scientists. The results of the study were obtained using both general and special methods of scientific knowledge. The general theoretical context of the research is considered on the basis of the dialectical method; the method of analysis and synthesis was used in identifying global problems of institutions in world-class higher education. Argumentation of theoretical provisions that characterize the patterns of functioning of research, production and educational institutions in the global space, formed on the system analysis, the laws of logic, the method of scientific abstraction. Mathematical tools were used to determine the amount of fixed assets, total expenditures and revenues of general and special funds of the budgetary institution. Findings. An economic and mathematical model and a simplified formulation of the optimization problem have been developed. Mathematical modelling was performed, which made it possible to construct a model as a system of mathematical relations describing certain technological, economic or other processes. Originality. The article singles out and substantiates the model that allows, unlike existing ones, to form clusters of educational institutions with the help of economic and mathematical modelling, taking into account their sectoral significance, form of ownership, efficiency of public funding and own revenues that effectively use innovation and research potential. Practical value. The results of clustering based on a substantiated model of educational institutions will allow to obtain additional funding for higher education institutions. On the compliance with current requirements for the search for new alternative intensive models of agricultural production, the article has analyzed the structure of sown areas of farms in the Ukrainian Veld zone with an area of agricultural land up to 50 hectares; factors that indicate the need to optimize the structure of crops to meet the requirements of sustainable development and regenerative agriculture has been identified; the role of crop rotations in the system of modern agriculture has been revealed; the assumption that the tool of optimization of sown areas can be inclusion of medicinal plants in them has been put forward and substantiated; an optimization model has been built, with the help of which, based on production resources (land, labor, material, etc.), the optimal structure of sown areas of farms in the Ukrainian Steppe zone with an area of agricultural land up to 50 hectares has been determined; on the basis of the optimization economic-mathematical model with the help of the simplex method the increase of profitability of agricultural production has been calculated; the optimal structure of sown areas of the studied farms of the Ukrainian Veld zone with the introduction of medicinal plants has been developed.
Urgency of the research. One of the key aspects of the humanitarian policy of the modern country is inclusive education, which today is gradually entering the Ukrainian educational environment, so the problem of professional socialization of people with disabilities in the socio-cultural and socio-economic environment is extremely relevant. Target setting. Professional socialization of persons with disabilities is an extremely important task of society for the real provision of the right to affordable and quality education in order to implement their life plans for further employment. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Well-known scientists have made a significant contribution to the study of economic and professional socialization: V. Andriіenko, O. Vasylyk, L. Vyhotskyi, V. Davydova, P. Koval, N. Lukashevych, Y. Lysenko, O. Navrotskyi, K. Pavliuk, F. Filipov, A. Shevtsov, L. Shypitsyna. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The vast majority of scientific research states problems with the scientific and practical organization of inclusive education. This situation contributed to the search for a scientific and organizational model of an inclusive environment for higher education as a mechanism of systemic professional sociopsychological socialization. The research objective. The main task of this work is to take measures to find a scientifically sound model of the organization of an inclusive environment of higher education as a mechanism of systemic professional socio-psychological socialization in accordance with the theory of human capital. The statement of basic materials. The article considers from the economic point of view the multifaceted process of professional inclusive socialization of society with disabilities in the system of higher education of Ukraine. Conclusions. The importance of inclusive professional socialization of the subject of society with disabilities in the creation of human, intellectual capital on the basis of special national institutions of higher education in Ukraine is determined.
The article reviews the estimated financing of the Podilsky Special Education and Rehabilitation Social and Economic College in the context of general and special funds. A number of factors influencing the prioritization of financing of the inclusive higher educational institution of education from the State Budget of Ukraine have been established.
