Training of teachers : What forms to work the oral practices in teaching situation ?

The article is based on an experiment of action-research and on several experiments of formation to propose modes of teacher training in the domain of the oral practices in the classroom. In all the disciplines, including French classes, a training based on the analysis of existing practices to help the putting in place of targeted modification projects, can truly permit teachers to integrate the results of didactic research now available. This does not preclude other modalities of training and self-training amongst which a partial inventory shows the possible diversity.
