Th e article describes features in the developing of foreign language communicative competence by using interactive teaching methods. Th e directions of developing the students' foreign language communicative competence are determined. Experimentation on skills in the development of this competence was carried out on the basis of interaction between participants. A comparative analysis of the results in experimental and control groups is proposed. Th e scientifi c novelty of the article is that it describes the eff ectiveness of the experience of using cooperation technology and the online platform Technology Entertainment Design in the developing of foreign language communicative competence of students.
The article reveals the essence of project education in the classroom in the foreign (English) language of students of non-linguistic specialties of the University. Project training is considered by the author as one of the effective teaching methods that allows you to transform academic knowledge into real life experience of students. The author draws attention to the fact that the inclusion of project activities in the educational process of students of the university contributes to the formation and development of information skills that quite effectively fits into the educational process, carried out in the form of a workshop, effective if all the stages of the project activities that necessarily include the presentation. The implementation of project training was carried out on the basis of the University. A sample of the study consisted of 20 first-year students of profile "Lawyer". The study took place in three stages. At the organizational stage, primary diagnostics of the communicative competence development level was carried out through testing and a communicative case. At the second stage, the project activity was carried out within one semester within the framework of the four topics in accordance with the thematic plan of the English language program: "Trip planning", "The development of the ecological situation", "Which is better: city or in the countryside?", "Young people in modern society". At the third stage, re-diagnosis was carried out by means of testing and a communicative case.
The article depicts highlights in creating unknown dialect open ability by utilizing the intuitive instructing strategies. The bearings of building up the understudies' unknown dialect informative skill are resolved. Experimentation on abilities in the improvement of this fitness was done based on association between members. A similar examination of the outcomes in test and control bunches is proposed. The logical oddity of the article is that it portrays the adequacy of the experience of utilizing participation innovation and the online stage Technology Entertainment Design in the creating of unknown dialect informative fitness of understudies.
The article deals with the factors of students' successful learning and cognitive activity at the English lessons which is regarded as a significant aspect of teaching and learning. The hypothesis of the study is the efficiency of teaching the English language. That is based on the unity of the following pedagogical aspects: motivation as the main factor of learning the English language and the importance of communicative culture development at the English lessons. The purpose and hypothesis define the following research tasks: to analyze motivational aspect as one of the successful factors to teach English and to find the best conditions of students' communicative culture formation. The main research methods are theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific, philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, educational and methodical literature on the topic of research; analysis, comparison and generalization of University teachers' experience; analysis and systematization of University students' educational results (creative works, etc.); pedagogical experiment; observation; interviews; questionnaires; a modeling; a method of expert evaluation. Thus, the research result helps to improve students' successful learning and cognitive activity at the English lessons. Thus, practical significance of the research is in developing a differentiated system based on situational communicative tasks aimed at students' successful learning and cognitive activity at the English lessons.
PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to reveal the essence of project education in the classroom in the foreign (English) language of students of nonlinguistic specialties of the university.Design/methodology/approachA sample of the study consisted of 20 first-year students of profile “Lawyer.” The study took place in three stages. The implementation of the training project was carried out based on the university in a group of students studying for the specialty “Lawyer.” At the organizational stage, primary diagnostics of the level of development of communicative competence through testing and communicative cases were carried out. In the second stage, the project was carried out for one semester under four topics by the thematic plan of the English language program. In the third stage, rediagnostics was carried out using testing and communicative cases following the completion of projects.FindingsBased on the results of repeated diagnostics, a positive dynamic was revealed in the level of development of communicative skills, the development of the independent communicative activity of students at both a productive and a creative level.Originality/valueThe research shows that the inclusion of project activities in the educational process of students of the university contributes to the formation and development of information skills. These skills quite effectively fit into the educational process, carried out in the form of a workshop. And the workshop is effective at all the stages of the project activities.
