The investigation begins with an analysis for the case study belonging to the agricultural sector. For which, the low production productivity of Hass avocado with 3 tons/ha was identified as a technical gap, comparing it with the national average productivity of 11.2 tons/ha. For this reason, the main problem is reflected in the Micro and Small Enterprises (MYPES) that produce Hass avocado from Pitipo, worrying farmers about their next harvests. In this way, a study was carried out through interviews and data obtained by the farmers. Therefore, causes were identified such as the presence of pests and pathogens causing damage to both the plant and the finished fruit in the healing process; On the other hand, the size and weight outside the quality standards in the filling process are an important factor in the agricultural sector, since the Hass avocado does not meet the necessary requirements, it is discarded from production and the plants are damaged in the process. healing process produce losses for future campaigns. Therefore, the present research work aims to increase productivity through the tools of Total Quality Management (TQM) that will give us the execution and control, complemented with good agricultural practices (GAP), which seeks that the farmers have greater knowledge of the parameters and guidelines established by the National Service of Agrifood Health and Quality (SENASA). At the end of the implementation, the result is expected to obtain a yield of 2,514 kg ofHass avocado for 38 plants, that is, to increase productivity by 35%.
