ABSTRACTThe instrumentation of dams is an important item to ensure constant monitoring of structures, bringing more safety and reliability as the stability of their structures and compliance with current legislation in Brazil. At UHE Tucuruí a very useful instrument in this constant checking is the tri-orthogonal measure joint (TMJ), its operation will be detailed in this article and a new approach to the data analysis will be introduced, using an algorithm developed by system identification techniques, which generates polynomials regression models and identifies the degree of influence of external agents, neighboring blocks and the level of the dam upstream, in the chosen instrument.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
