Apstrakt: Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da se analiziraju glavni elementi informaciono-tehnološke (IT) infrastrukture globalnog e-poslovanja, modeli ovog poslovanja i način implementacije ovih modela. Krajnji rezultat ove analize je identifi kovanje problema u implementaciji globalnog e-poslovanja i predlaganje moguć ih rešenja. U tom kontekstu je analiziran primer preduzeć a "Benetton" koje je uspešno rešilo ove probleme. Opšta tvrdnja da elektronsko poslovanje poveć ava konkurentsku sposobnost i profi tabilnost preduzeć a potvrđena je u praksi ovog preduzeć a. Informacioni sistemi u oblasti elektronskog poslovanja mogu podržati ostvarenje ovog cilja, samo ako se posmatraju na sveobuhvatan, globalan način. Globalizacija poslovanja i jaka konkurencija zahtevaju novi koncept digitalnog preduzeć a o čemu svedoče sve već a ulaganja u specijalizovane i prema klijentu orjentisane tehnologije zasnovane na vebu i internetu.
Abstract:The main goal of this paper is to analyze the main elements of the information technology (IT) infrastructure of global e-business, the models of this business and the way of implementation of these models. The final result of this analysis is to identify problems in the implementation of global e-commerce and propose possible solutions. In this context, an example of "Benetton" was analyzed which successfully solved these problems. The general claim that e-commerce increases the competitiveness and profi tability of the company is confi rmed in the practice of this company. Information systems in the area of e-commerce can support the achievement of this goal only if they are viewed in a comprehensive, global way. Business globalization and strong competition require a new digital enterprise concept, as evidenced by the increasing investment in specialized and client-oriented technologies based on the web and the Internet.
