We introduce a tool aimed to facilitate the management of content, metadata and social annotations assigned to documents in semantic web-based applications. The COME 2 T (COllaboration-and MEtadata-oriented COntent Management EnvironmenT) allows easy administration of lightweight semantics for the provided content and user-created annotations, which are often created as a result of implicit collaboration between users of a web-based application. We present the tool's most important features and briefly describe a pilot application of the tool when used to manage content for the adaptive learning portal ALEF.
