It is based on comparing the current performance (baseline) to the desired performance (goal) in the determination of the performance gap and the calculated business impact.Achieving common understanding of these elements is accomplished through conversation and consensus between the consultant and client via the capturing business impact (CBI) job aid. The result is an informed go/no-go business decision.
