Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pentingnya manajemen diri dalam melakukan suatu usaha atau berwirausaha, karena dengan manajemen diri semua dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga pada akhirnya kesuksesan dapat diraih. Kelihatannya manajemen dirimudah untuk dikatakan, tapi dalam pelaksanaannya cukup sulit karena membutuhkan kesungguhan dan tekat yang kuat agar mampu berwirausaha dengan sukses.Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif yang bersifat survey langsung pada kelompok wirausahawan tertentu di wilayah Jakarta Barat, studi perpustakaan dan literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa manajemen diri sangat berperan terhadap kesuksesan berwirausaha

This study aims to analyze the role of time management and discipline on optimal learning outcomes. This research is a survey research with a population of junior high school and senior high school students of the Islamic Education Foundation Nur el Arafah Bekasi. The sample was taken by random sampling technique of 85 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression. From data processing, the results obtained: 1). There is a significant effect of time management and discipline together on optimal learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of the value of Fh = 24.324 and Sig. = 0.000 0.005 2). There is a significant effect of time management on optimal learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of the value of Th = 4.093 and Sig. = 0.000 0.005 3). There is a significant effect of discipline on optimal learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of the value of Th = 3.679 and Sig. = 0.000 0.005. It is better if students are good at using and managing their time very well and effectively because it has a positive impact on optimal learning outcomes and the more productive time they have, the more achievement, the more activities carried out and can be completed on time, so that one day all the ideals are expected or the target set can be achieved optimally. And they should also have strong discipline from an early age so that they are accustomed to doing tasks wholeheartedly, not procrastinating, let alone lazy, because with high discipline all duties and responsibilities can be carried out optimally.

The Covid-19 pandemic hit the world including Indonesia, in a period of approximately 2 years, pandemic had negative impact. One of the businesses that was greatly affected was the tourism sector in Indonesian provinces, some were still able to survive, but some were not, due to sluggish demand for the tourism sector, the implementation of the PPKM (Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions) policy, prohibiting crowds, and even being prohibited from leaving the house if it's not an emergency, of course all of that has impact on the wheels of the economy temporarily, but the cost of living must still run. This study analyzes secondary data from news, books, scientific journals and data published by government. The point of the finding is that pandemic has had major impact on tourism sector. Because during the pandemic, many activities were online, thus reducing the number of tourist visits and that had impact on incoming income. Because changes in the way of transactions can reduce customer interest, inflation reduces people's purchasing power, and number of unemployed increases because many businesses are not operational, this causes economy to decline. The government must have best strategy to stabilize the wheels of the economy, indeed, it is not easy, there must be a big struggle and hard effort to rise, it can be through the policies & regulations that are enforced, the spirit of fighting, supporting each other according to each other's roles & responsibilities, so that the economy recovered.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pentingnya kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan berpikir strategis dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan bisnis, karena umumnya sampai sekarang masih banyak wirausaha yang kurang percaya diri dan kurang mampu berfikir strategis untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usahanya. Padahal dengan percaya diri yang tinggi dan kemampuan berpikir strategis yang tepat membuat langkahnya tidak goyah dalam berusaha, tidak pesimis dan akan terus gigih berjuang serta berhati-hati demi memenangkan persaingan, sehingga ia akan terhindar dari kebangkrutan usaha. Apalagi, saat ini masih ada kejadian pandemic covid 19, yang berdampak pada banyak hal, salah satunya terhadap sektor ekonomi, yang mempengaruhi permintaan dari konsumen dan lesunya aktivitas perekonomian. Seharusnya, pengusaha lebih percaya diri dan berpikir strategis secara maksimal, misalnya melakukan hal-hal baru, seperti cara promosi yang berbeda atau pelayanan untuk pelanggan yang lebih baik lagi demi mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya agar tetap produktif meskipun dimasa sulit. Jadi, sepatutnya dua hal penting ini harus dimiliki oleh setiap pengusaha agar dapat  memenangkan persaingan dalam kondisi apapun, mampu mempertahankan bahkan membuat usahanya lebih maju lagi. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara studi perpustakaan dan literatur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dengan Percaya diri dan berpikir strategis, para pengusaha mampu memenangkan persaingan, terbukti dengan eksistensi mereka menjalankan usaha dan terus menghasilkan barang/jasa yang bermanfaat, dan memberi kesejahteraan untuk semua pihak yang terlibat didalamnya.
