Differential equations is a branch of mathematics which is closely related to mathematical modeling that arises in real-world problems. Problem solving ability is an essential component to solve contextual problem of differential equations properly. The purposes of this study are to describe contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model in differential equations course, to improve lecturers’ abilities in implementing CTL, and to improve students’ problem solving ability in differential equations. The study was conducted in the fifth semester of 2015/2016 academic year with 34 students of mathematics education Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta as participants. The CTL model was applied by lesson study approach which involved three stages namely plan, do, and see in each cycle. This research was conducted in four cycles. The study results found that discovery-based CTL could be applied in differential equations course. The lecturer abilities to design discovery-based contextual learning plan, to present real-world problem in learning process, to design learning strategy and assessment instruments of problem solving improved significantly. Problem solving ability of students also improved during teaching and learning process.
Teori hukum Islam atau disebut juga ushul al-fiqh adalah salah satu disiplin ilmu keislaman tradisional yang memiliki posisi sangat penting dalam pengembangan hukum Islam. Dalam disiplin ilmu inilah pembahasan mengenai dasar-dasar pemikiran atau paradigma keilmuan dan kaidah-kaidah yang sangat diperlukan sebagai pijakan dasar dalam membangun sebuah formulasi hukum Islam yang diinginkan dibahas secara tuntas. Dengan perkataan lain, ushul al fiqh adalah disiplin ilmu yang paling bertanggung jawab sebagai perangkat metodologis yang paling berkompeten guna menyusun, membentuk, dan memberi corak hukum Islam yang diharapkan.Namun belakangan ini, dengan semakin berkembang dan kompleknya tingkat budaya dan pengetahuan manusia, ushul fiqh yang dibangun oleh Imam Syafi'i tersebut mengalami kemandekan kalau tidak dikatakan kematian, karena dianggap tidak sanggup memberi kontribusi dan solusi masalah-masalah manusia modern. Karena itu beberapa pemikir Islam mutakhir merasa gelisah dengan keadaan seperti itu. Salah seorangnya adalah Muhammad Syahrur, seorang insinyur yang juga serius mengkaji Islam dalam kaitannya dengan isu-isu kekinian, menggagas penafsiran ulang terhadap warisan Islam klasik. Salah satu gagasannya adalah mengkaji ulang terhadap al-Qur'an. la tafsirkan al-Qur'an dengan pendekatan kebahasaan yang digabung dengan latar belakang keilmuannya yang berdasar pada matematika dan fisika, melahirkan kajian tefsir yang berbeda dengan tafsir konvensional selama ini. Dan· kajian tafsir al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan ayat-ayat hukum Syahrur melahirkan gagasan yang baru terhadap masalah-masalah hukum Islam yang selama ini dianggap sudah ajeg, dengan melahirkan teori batas. Bahwa hukum Tuhan mempunyai batas, batas alas dan batas bawah. Selama manusia bermain tidak melewati batas atas dan bawah tersebut, maka ia masih di dalam hukum Tuhan.Kata Kunci: Ushul fiqh, Muhammad Syahrur, Teori Batas
Talent management and knowledge management are important forces in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a survey method with associative research type. Population and sample in this research are permanent employees of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport Majalengka as many as 88 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.
Islamic education-both as an institution and subject in public schools-currently facing the serious and complicated challenge, for example the uncertainty of dichotomiousparadigm. This uncertainty appears influenced strongly by the paradigm of thinking that tends to dualistic-confrontative. Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau disebut BUMDes pada dasarnya merupakan pilar kegiatan ekonomi di desa yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga sosial juga komersial. Sebagai sebuah usaha desa, pembentukan BUMDes adalah benar-benar untuk memaksimalisasi potensi masyarakat desa baik itu potensi ekonomi, sumber daya alam, ataupun sumber daya manusianya. Dalam perkembangannya keberadaan BUMDes di daerah termasuk di Kabupaten Majalengka, khususnya di Desa Panjalin Kidul, mengalami pasang surut disebabkan banyak faktor diantaranya, rendahnya kapasitas manajerial, kurangnya Pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, dan Infrastruktur BUMDes belum optimal. Bumdesa Mapan Desa Panjalin Kidul memiliki potensi untuk berkembang karena memilki sumberdaya manusia (pengurus), dukungan keuangan serta aset yang dapat dimamfaatkan. Namun karena masih minimnya pengetahuan pengurus dalam menjalankan BUMDesa, menyebabkan BUMDesa belum dapat berfungsi dengan optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil bahwa hampir seluruh peserta memahami dan memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan pengelolaan BUMDes.
