The school years 20/21 and 21/22 were marked by the Corona pandemic, which meant a change in the organization of lessons (distance learning). In order to be able to work on a topic together with all students and to discuss it subsequently, the project “Panel Discussion” was developed at the Praxismittelschule of the Vienna University of Teacher Education. The goal was to discuss socio-political topics on a digitally organized podium and thus to initiate democracy learning across classes.
