This article aims to share the process of continuing education of educators from countryside schools in the DF through the Escola da Terra Program, of the Ministry of Education, in partnership with the University of Brasília and the State Department of Education of the District Federal, from the perspective of the System of Complexes. It contextualizes the trajectory of construction and institutionalization of the Countryside Education public policy in the DF, the strategies developed by SEEDF and the contributions of UnB, through Escola da Terra and other projects for the implementation of such policies. It presents the elements of the Program's Pedagogical Project, the theoretical-methodological principles on which the System of Complexes are based, the curricular organization of the Course, identifying the limits and challenges inherent to a collective route and, mainly, the advances built within the scope of the schools, teachers and UnB itself, notably the institution of the Specialization Course in Countryside Education in the same epistemological perspective.
