E-Learning methods have shown a great number of advantages compared to traditional lectures and classroom settings. These include lower total cost, an increased temporal and spatial flexibility as well as taking individual interests and learning style preferences into account. We present a newly implemented case-based E-Learning program at the Vienna Medical University (MUV) for medical students. With over 110 interactive cases, in which learning objectives are aligned with two thirds of the MUVs medical curriculum. In future we aim to examine possible quantitative differences in exam grades and an improvement in knowledge or skills after using E-Learning versus using traditional methods.
Negative relationship between stock's return and its liquidity suggests that illiquid stocks are riskier than liquid stocks hence illiquid stocks should earn more return. Researchers subsequently considered liquidity as another variable for asset pricing when they found commonality in liquidity. Earlier studies tested stock and market liquidities independently. We therefore further test the relationship of stock's return with its liquidity relative to market-wide liquidity by a relative measure linking the individual liquidity with market-wide liquidity. Results confirm the negative relationship between stock's return and liquidity, but the relationship is non-linear and the relative measure of liquidity complements the liquidity measures used in prior studies. We find that fluctuations in relative liquidity do not have positive effect on stock return, raising a question whether variability in liquidity captures liquidity risk.
The Korean Knee Society has grown to be one of the largest societies in the Korean Orthopedic Association since the foundation of in 1983. I would like to thank professors, Jeung-Tak Suh and Seong-Il Bin as well as the other journal planning committee members for charting the path for the journal.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
