Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan antara pengaruh variabel ekonomi makro diantaranya inflasi, suku bunga BI7DRR, dan jumlah uang beredar dengan indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) pada sektor konsumsi. Metode dalam penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dari penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode library and document. Purposive sampling adalah teknik yang diambil untuk sampel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari laporan keuangan bulanan perusahaan sektor konsumsi tahun 2017-2020. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 48 data. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda diuji menggunakan software aplikasi Eviews 12. Secara parsial penelitian ini memperlihatkan jika variabel suku bunga BI7DRR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Sedangkan variabel inflasi dan jumlah uang beredar tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IHSG. Sementara itu, variabel inflasi, suku bunga BI7DRR dan jumlah uang beredar secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IHSG pada sektor konsumsi tahun 2017-2020.
The aims of this research to analyze the assessment of intensification on rural and urban land and building tax (PBB P2) in Tulungagung Regency in order to increase PBB P2 revenue through Davey Analysis based on four criteria of local tax assessment, namely: sufficiency and elasticity, justice, administrative ability, and influence of incentive. This research is classified as descriptive research through qualitative approach. Data analysis used interactive models by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The research result based on empirical data, theoretical study, and normative study showed that intensification in the forms of technical guidance and SISMIOP data base maintenance are give negative implication on administrative ability assessment due to lack of quality and quantity of human resources. While, monitoring and delivery of SPPT can give positive implication on judgment of justice. Then, presence of socialization on regional regulation and reward giving and sanction imposition, are give positive implication on assessment of elasticity and influence of incentive.
The abundant natural potential in the southern tip of Blitar Regency, East Java Province is not directly proportional to the ability of village communities to manage so that natural products sold at prices below market standards. A mediocre economy makes the group of mothers who are members of the Empowerment of Family Welfare try to get additional income. This dedication has succeeded in realizing the community empowerment program through training on village-based food processing, that is the avocado fruit, as a source of creative economy for the village community. Community service activities are carried out using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method through four steps, namely: 1) Observation; 2) Planning; 3) Implementation; and 4) Evaluation. The results of the community service activities are the creative idea of food processing and aspects of food production. Now village communities, especially housewive, are more creative and empowered and can generate additional income to help the family economy.
Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh dari ROA, ROE dan NPM pada harga saham perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020. Dalam riset ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data sekunder dan dokumentasi. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menarik sampel sesuai kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan peneliti yaitu didapatkan sampel sejumlah 7 perusahaan. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data sekunder yang di akses melalui data yang dipublish oleh situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk metode analisis yang sebelumnya sudah di uji asumsi klasik. Data penelitian diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil penemuan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya secara simultan ROA, ROE dan NPM terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada harga saham. Secara parsial, ROA tidak terdapat pengaruh pada harga saham, ROE terdapat pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan pada harga saham, dan NPM terdapat pengaruh secara negatif serta signifikan pada harga saham.
Environmental and ecosystem damage globally has led PT Natural Nusantara to carry halal and environment friendly products in the field of agro-complex. However, fierce and fast business competition requires an appropriate marketing strategy in decision making. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies through the SWOT method and sharia perspective at PT Natural Nusantara Yogyakarta. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on primary and secondary data. The results of the study based on the Strengths - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats (SWOT) matrix, supported by the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), and Cartesius Diagram showed that the score of IFE 3,36 and EFE 3,20. This score indicates the quadrant I position, which is the strategy needed is growth oriented strategy. Besides that, business commitment based on virtue and piety in product marketing evidenced by the permission from BPOM and halal certification from MUI.
