The data was analyzed by using unpaired t test and Mann Whitney test to test the comparison of increased knowledge and attitude of WRA. The influence of Sejam Kusuka Video to the knowledge and attitude was calculated from the value of Risk Ratio (95% CI). The result showed that the WRA who received education from the Sejam Kusuka video had higher level of preconception health knowledge and attitude than the WRA who received education from the lecture method (p <0.05). The subjects who did not get the Sejam Kusuka video education risked 1.4 times having less knowledge and 1.2 times had a less (negative) attitude about preconception health than the subjects who received the Sejam Kusuka video education. The conclusion of this research is that the use of Sejam Kusuka video is more effective in increasing the knowledge and attitude of WRA about preconception health than the lecture method.
