Çalışan memnuniyetinin sağlanmasında etkili olan faktörleri içsel, dışsal ve bireysel olarak değerlendiren bu çalışma, özellikle içerisinde yönetsel, örgütsel ve finansal unsurları barındıran dışsal faktörlerin çalışanlar üzerindeki memnuniyet algılarını ölçme amacı taşımaktadır. Bu amaçtan hareketle, Türkiye'de kendi sektörünün lideri konumunda bulunan Olimpia Oto Camları A.Ş. çalışanlarına yönelik bir "memnuniyet algı anketi" düzenlenmiş ve araştırmanın sonuçları analize tabi tutulmuştur.

High school Revolution History course aims at introducing Kemalist system of thought to young people besides explaining the importance of the Republic founded and the revolutions introduced after the Turkish National Struggle. Aim of this study what are the views of history teachers and pre-service history teachers concerning the problems encountered in teaching the "Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution" course and solution offers for such problems? Survey model was employed in the study. Consisting of problems encountered in teaching the "Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution" course and solution offers for such problems, a surwey was prepared after literature review, pre-questionnaire study, and taking the opinions of teachers and experts in order to determine the views of teachers and pre-service teachers. The universe of the study consisted of Revolution History teachers working in the central district of Izmir province and the preservice history teachers studying at Dokuz Eylul University Buca Faculty of Education. The sample of the study was selected 50 history teachers and 50 pre-service history teachers. The revision of results demonstrates that both teachers and pre-service teachers attribute problems to external factors (but not to themselves). While pre-service teachers mostly attribute problems to teachers, teachers think that problems arise from curriculum.
