Y Y üksekö¤retim alan› gerek Türkiye'de gerek dünyada teknoloji, ekonomi, iletiflim, nüfus ve toplumsal yap›daki de¤iflimlere paralel olarak önemli ve h›zl› bir de-¤iflim süreci yaflamaktad›r (Erdo¤an, 2014). Üniversitelerin ba-flar›l› olabilmesi için bu de¤iflimleri yak›ndan izlemesi, kendisini bu yönde gelifltirmesi ve iyilefltirmesi kaç›n›lmaz bir gereksinimdir. Bu nedenle üniversiteler geliflmeleri ve yeni yönetim anlay›fllar›n› yak›ndan takip etmeli (Günay, 2012), akademik müfredat yoluyla istihdam edilebilirlik boyutunu e¤itim süreçlerine entegre etmeli (Parvu, Ipate ve Mitran, 2014), mesleki yeterlilikler çerçevesinde sürekli bir ö¤renme ve kendini yenileme faaliyeti içinde olmal›d›r (YO‹KK, 2010). Dinamik bir çevrede faaliyet gösteren üniversiteler e¤itim ve araflt›rma faaliyetlerini gerçeklefltirmenin yan› s›ra ö¤rencilerin, hükümetin Ampirik Araflt›rma / Original Empirical Research www.yuksekogretim.org Üniversitelerin e¤itim kalitesini sa¤layabilmeleri ve sürdürebilmeleri, uygulama sahalar› olan sektörlerin beklentilerini karfl›layabilmeleri ile mümkündür. Sektörlerin alanla ilgili ihtiyaç ve hedefleri, müfredat plan-lamalar› ve güncellemelerine yans›t›ld›¤› oranda mesleki e¤itimin kalitesinden bahsedebiliriz. Ö¤rencilerin ifl hayat›na at›ld›klar›nda baflar›s›n› artt›rmak aç›s›ndan mesleklerini icra edecekleri alanlar›n beklentilerini belirlemek önemlidir. Bunu tespit edebilmenin bir yolu, ifl ilanlar›n› analiz etmektir. Mesle¤in uygulanmas›nda adaylarda gereksinimi en çok hissedilen nitelik ve özelliklerin belirlenip müfredata yans›t›lmas› e¤itime ve sektöre yarar sa¤layacakt›r. Bu araflt›rmada, "‹fl ‹lanlar›na Dayal› Dinamik Müfredat Modeli" gelifltirilmifltir. Bu model önerisiyle insan kaynaklar› yönetimi ön lisans program› mezunlar›ndan sektörün istedi¤i bilgi ve becerileri belirlemek için kariyer.net sitesinde yer alan 2016 y›l› Ocak ay›nda eriflilen 80 ifl ilan› incelenmifltir. ‹lanlarda istenilen özellikler tespit edilmifl ve alan›n en çok ihtiyaç duydu¤u nitelikler s›kl›k s›ras›na göre listelenmifltir. Elde edilen bulgular›n e¤itim kurumlar›n›n müfredat güncelleme çal›flmalar›n› yürüten ve insan kaynaklar› yönetimi alan›nda araflt›rma yapan kiflilere katk›lar sa¤lamas› beklenmektedir. Migration is a process that brings about numerous problems regardless if it is forced and mass or voluntarily and individual. It is not simply a move from one place to another, but it starts in the mind of immigrant and continues with the move to a new place. It alters the social and cultural sets and relocates the immigrant into a peculiar web of connection. It is a process that requires adaptation, change and transformation about the issues from health to education, from housing to employment and from economy to organization In recent years, the forced and mass migration from Syria to Turkey has compelled both the immigrant Syrians and the hosting Turks to face the unprecedented conditions of migration. However, this largest migration of the recent past has been handled with minimum problems in contrast to its vast size. The factors that have realized such outcomes are the common values in historical, cultural and social matters, close kinship and ethnic relations between two nations and most importantly the support provided by the Turkish government and the contribution made by indigenous NGOs. During the first five years of this mass and sudden immigration, almost all sides in Turkey from the government officials to the local authorities as well as the bureaucracy and all non-governmental organizations have been undertook a donation campaign. It has been constituted a basic dynamics for the discourse of the fraternity between ansar/the helper and mukhajir/the immigrant that help and solidarity. So to speak, Turkey proved that the fraternity of the helper and the immigrant could be reconstructed in modern times. As to the later years, this immigration has started to shape more rationally in accordance with economical and social facts. This study deals with the forced-mass migration from Syria to Turkey from the points of problems, solutions, adaptation and integration.
