In this study, the reed pulping medium wastewater was treated by the membrane bioreactor. The purpose of the study is to determine the operating conditions to the operation of internal membrane bioreactor for the treatment of reed pulping medium wastewater. The volume of the bioreactor is 15 litre in which develops an adapted biomass. The reed pulping medium wastewater was pumped from an influent trough into the bioreactor and a level sensor and a submerged pump were installed to adjust the water volume in the bioreactor. In the bioreactor the effluent separated from the activated sludge by the hollow fiber membrane module. The experimental have shown that the average rate of elimination of the COD is of 91.3%.The removal ratio of the Color reach 87.5%. The rate of elimination of the TSS is 90.2%.
Bast fiber as raw material for bio-pulping has become a hot topic for its environmental-friendly and high quality fiber for paper in pulp and papermaking industry. In this paper, the reaction of the mulberry bast enzymatic pulping has been researched. It was treated with pectinase, find the best environmental factors, such as temperature and pH value, The results show that: from the changes of pectin content, pentosan content and Kappa number to determine the optimal temperature was 50°C, and pH value was 4.
This paper concerns with two brominated bacteriostatic agents, using the condition-test to research the inhibitory effect of the microorganisms in the waste paper pulp white water. Using the coated plate culture method of adding different amounts of antibacterial agents in Whitewater, the bacteria and mold in nutrient agar and potato medium experiments were used to observe the inhibitory effect. The results showed that the chosen brominated bacteriostatic agents (PS-2890, GB-3612) in this paper have a better antibacterial effect and 1#is better than 2#,the bacteriostatic agent can be chosen according to the actual situation of the plant .The bacteriostatic agent will achieve a higher rate of bacteriostasis when it is added to 5ppm, and this added amount can also meet the requirements of the factory on the prevention and treatment of microbial. The rate of bacteriostasis generally reached 40% -80% ,the highest 92.8%,when the antibacterial dosage is 3ppm-7ppm.
The nanosized TiO2 is prepared by micro-emulsion process in the system of cyclohexane / [Span80 combined with OP-10] / water with TiCl4 as raw material. The selection method of the surface-active agents was investigated and the influence of amount of surfactant, water / oil ratio and concentration of reactants on the particle size were discussed in this work. The temperature schedule, crystal structure, particle size distribution and appearance of the nanocrystalline TiO2 were analyzed by differential thermal analysis (DTA) combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser particle size analysis (LPSA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that: under these conditions of mixture of 8g Span80 and 2g OP-10 as the emulsifier, water / oil mass ratio of 1/4, TiCl4 concentration of 0.6mol / L and calcinations temperature of 510°C, nanoTiO2 powder with smaller particle size and better dispersion was prepared . And the average size of the product was 27.3nm.
In this paper, the poplar Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp (APMP) pulping wastewater was treated by the SBR. The pulping wastewater was from the processes of washing, soaking and defibrination. The COD of the pulping wastewater was 5671 mg/L and the BOD was 1862 mg/L. The B/C (biological oxygen demand/chemical oxygen demand) ratio of the pulping wastewater was 0.32, which indicated that the wastewater was suitable to be treated by biological methods. SBR technology was used to treat the pulping wastewater. After a series of experiments, the best conditions for the pulping wastewater was achieved as follows: time 6hrs, original pH about 8. Under these conditions the removal ratio of COD can reach 81.4% and that of BOD can reach 91.5%;but the removal ratio of the TSS and the Chromaticity were low, the removal ratio of TSS only reach 31.8%.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
