Data found in class VII SLH Way Pengubuan Lampung show that students are low in working together in study groups, especially in learning integrated science. The think pair share method was chosen to solve students' problem in cooperative in learning integrated science. The study was conducted based on the Pelton's classroom action research model. The data sources used were mentor feedback, reflection journals, mentor observation sheets, and student questionnaire sheets. Based on the research conducted shows that the implementation of the think pair share method with the steps, (1) students are divided into nine groups; (2) students are given different assignments by the teacher; (3) students work on tasks independently; (4) students discuss with their groups about the assignments given; and (5) students share information with their colleagues, giving a change to the cooperation of Grade VII students in Way Pengubuan Lampung SLH on integrated science subjects to be better. The attitude of student cooperation has changed, the results of the questionnaire self-evaluation showed very good criteria for the first indicator (100%), the second indicator (100%), the third indicator (88.89%) and the fourth indicator (100%). Then showing good criteria for fifth indicator (66.67%). The results of the peer-evaluation questionnaire showed very good criteria for the first indicator (94.44%), the second indicator (88.89%) and the fourth indicator (94.44%). Then showing good criteria for the third indicator (77.78%) and indicator fifth (66.67%).

Wijaya Kusuma School has a vision, namely the creation of a quality national education based on faith and piety. UPN's Faculty of Education (FIP) has a vision and mission to develop transformative and holistic learning based on a Biblical Christian Worldview by producing Christian teachers who are reflective, responsive, responsible, and a blessing to society. Wijaya Kusuma School needs partners who can help provide the understanding and increase students' awareness of the impact of using gadgets. Therefore, a collaboration with FIP UPH was carried out to hold community service activities in the form of counseling to increase student's awareness and knowledge about the impact of using gadgets. This activity is carried out via online in the form of learning videos due to the conditions of the Covid19 pandemic. Students fill out the evaluation and reflection form link which can be accessed for one week. The results obtained show that students have an awareness of how to use gadgets that have been done so far, especially the duration of time using gadgets and their positive and negative impacts. Students are also able to reflect and commit to having the right attitude and character in utilizing technology to have a positive impact. It is hoped that this collaboration through community service activity will continue to provide counseling according to school needs. Sekolah Wijaya Kusuma memerlukan mitra yang dapat membantu untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa-siswanya terhadap dampak penggunaan gadget. Oleh karena itu dilakukanlah kerja sama dengan FIP UPH untuk mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dalam bentuk penyuluhan guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa-siswi tentang dampak dari penggunaan gadget. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan secara daring dalam bentuk video pembelajaran karena kondisi pandemi Covid19. Para siswa mengisi link form evaluasi dan refleksi yang dapat diakses selama satu minggu. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa para siswa memiliki kesadaran bagaimana penggunaan gadget yang telah dilakukan selama ini khususnya durasi waktu penggunaan gadget dan dampaknya secara positif maupn negatif. Para siswa juga mampu berefleksi dan berkomitmen untuk memiliki sikap dan karakter yang benar dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperoleh dampak yang positif.
