The reality is that there are still many human rights abuses that we see both among adults and school-aged children, this has to do with the level of understanding of human rights itself, as for the purpose of this paper is to explore how human rights understanding is associated with Ongoing Citizenship Education is in the 21st century, because a condition will affect the development of children especially in school age. The method used in this paper is the study of several sources of books, journals and other references that support this writing. from the results of the study theories can be concluded that In an effort to instill understanding of Human Rights through Citizenship Education now should be able to improve quality learning in accordance with the needs (based on IT) and competence of educators good and professional, uphold the legislation and able to maintain unity state, fostering students to be aware of the rights and duties of good citizens, and the planting of characters in accordance with the value of Pancasila value.
The problem of garbage was classical problem that is always faced by residents, especially in the Metro Lampung City. Because of the quantity and level of danger, especially plastic waste which was composed of chemicals, was difficult to decompose. Hence, It was dangerous for the environment. Therefore, it was necessary to process waste to convert plastic into crafts that have aesthetic and selling value. This research used participation action research (PAR), through analysis survey and the implementation of counseling and training. The implementation of the results of the processing of waste from plastic packaging into handicrafts was being carried out to increase the creativity and skills of community, especially housewives, unemployed youth and children who drop out of school. Besides that, it can also minimize environmental pollution so that metro city residents can care more about environmental cleanliness. Through training and assistance in making creations for the use of waste originating from plastic packaging, residents will have more knowledge about business opportunities that can be created through creativity and skills so that the economic level of residents becomes higher. This article aims to determine the adaptation of prospective elementary school teachers' scientific reasoning from a civic science perspective through seminar courses on elementary schools' educational problems. The issue of distance learning during the Corona Virus Disease (Covid) 19 pandemic in Indonesia has led to various highlights and analyzes. The learning scheme's quality and learning scheme are among the most popular questions in this learning scheme. This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach with data collection using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that the adaptation of the scientific reasoning of prospective elementary school teachers in a civic science perspective through the Seminar on Educational Problems in Primary Schools has several characteristics, that is: 1) educational problems in primary schools captured by dominant students in technological literacy, 2) study of educational problems in schools fundamental relates to the realization of smart and good citizens that reflected in attitudes and behavior in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, and 3) there is character building in the adaptation of scientific reasoning in the civic science perspective. Therefore, the research expects to have implications in developing civic education knowledge, especially in elementary school, which aims to strengthen the study of civic education.
