Smart education is the future and development direction of higher education. Taking the graduate course Crime and Police Theory as the research subject, the shortcomings of smart education, which include the lack of understanding of the concept of smart education, the limited content structure of smart education, the poor cognition of smart education among teachers and students, and inadequate hardware and technical support for smart education, are systematically analyzed. In view of these shortcomings, several strategies are proposed, including improving the smart education curriculum development plan and management level, ensuring the construction quality of smart education projects, and raising funds for smart education construction from various sources.
The goal of "beauty economy" construction lies in the comprehensive realization of "natural beauty, infrastructure beauty, villagers beauty, cultural beauty" in rural areas. In the process of effectively linking poverty alleviation with rural revitalization, the development model of "beauty economy" provides a more efficient path for rural revitalization. Taking the beneficial exploration of "beauty economy" in JiangSu Province as a case study, the study shows the actual progress of village cleaning action to improve rural living environment, ecological agriculture to promote more sustainable agricultural development mode, and beauty economy to improve farmers' life quality. This paper analyzes the challenges of the construction of "beauty economy", such as the depth of villagers' participation in "beauty economy", the hollowing out of village population and the homogenization of development mode. The practical paths of "beauty economy" such as enhancing villagers' ability to participate in "beauty economy", integrating rural resources to build infrastructure, and creating unique rural brands are put forward.
Rural revitalization cannot be separated from a harmonious and stable social environment. In the process connecting poverty alleviation with rural revitalization, the public security situation has taken on new features, new changes have taken place in crime patterns, and the people have new expectations. The study takes the criminal case of three deaths and three injuries caused by a homestead dispute in a village in Fujian Province as an example and analyzes the pain points of rural homestead dispute governance in the new era, such as the obvious trend of intensification of rural homestead disputes, the insufficient mediation measures at the grassroots level and undesirable results, and the increase of the complexity of problem due to the intervention of public opinion. This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by rural governance, such as the impact of economic interests on the stability of the rural autonomy, the lack of grassroots governance, the settlement of homestead disputes, and the intensification of the situation due to moral constraints. On this basis, a practical approach to realize rural governance is proposed.
Community is the basic building block of urban and rural social governance. In modern risk society, public health emergencies bring many challenges to social emergency management. Taking D community in N city as a case, this study presents its main practices in emergency management, such as publicizing epidemic prevention and control knowledge and emergency policies, comprehensively screening key personnel, controlling the flow of community personnel and ensuring the supply of living materials for community residents. Facing the problems and difficulties of community emergency management, this study puts forward countermeasures. The practical countermeasures include improving the community emergency prevention and control management system, strengthening the construction of community emergency personnel team, raising funds to ensure emergency management, and strengthening the basic work of community policing.
