The preferred delivery for every pregnant woman is labor with minimal pain. Labor Pain is caused by the process of contraction of the uterus in an effort to remove the fruit of pregnancy. One technique without drugs or non-pharmacological that can be to provide comfort to the mother in the face of labor is massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Deep Back Massage and Endorphin Massage methods on the intensity of pain in the active phase I at BPM Setia. This research was conducted from July to August 2019 at BPM Setia. The population in this study were all women who gave birth normally with a gestational age of 37 to 40 weeks when I active phase in Setia BPM during the study period. The sample size is 30 respondents. The results obtained showed that the deep back massage and endorphin massage each showed a p-value <0.005 which means that there were differences in the mean labor pain of the first stage of the active phase which was significant before and after the endorphin massage action. Likewise for the Deep Back Massage. Further analysis of endorphin massage and deep back massage, turned out to produce a p-value of 0.74 (> α 0.05), which means that there is no difference in the effectiveness of the deep back massage and endorphin massage on labor pain in the active phase I at BPM Setia.
Kesiapan seorang ibu untuk memberikan ASI secara eksklusif kepada bayinya dapat dipengaruhi dari berbagai arah baik dari keluarga, tenaga kesehatan, ataupun peer support (dukungan sebaya) dalam komunitas ibu menyusui yang menyelesaikan permasalahan ibu selama pemberian ASI. Tujuan kegitan mengevaluasi keberhasilan Kelompok Pendukung ASI Eksklusif (KP-ASI) terhadap cakupan ASI eksklusif. Metode yang digunakan merupakan ceramah dan tanya jawab, diskusi pendampingan, evaluasi melalui pemberian kuesioner. Sasaran yaitu KP-ASI terhadap ibu dengan kehamilan usia 28-40 minggu pada trimester III hingga menyusui bayi sebanyak 56 responden. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan dari 56 responden, terdiri dari 28 orang ibu yang bergabung dengan KP-ASI, bayi yang diberikan ASI eksklusif sebesar 82,1%. Adapun, sebanyak 28 orang ibu yang tidak bergabung dengan KP-ASI, bayi yang diberikan ASI eksklusif sebesar 14,3%. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu KP-ASI terhadap cakupan ASI eksklusif tercapai. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, disarankan bagi puskesmas KP-ASI tidak hanya ditujukan bagi kader posyandu dan sebagian ibu akan tetapi bagi seluruh ibu yang akan mempunyai bayi sehingga pemberian ASI dilakukan secara eksklusif dan cakupan ASI dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Introduction: The continuous implementation of classes for pregnant women using the lecture method makes mothers feel bored. The snake and ladder method with several pregnant women as players and midwives as resource persons is expected to be able to provide a new atmosphere in the implementation of the class for pregnant women. The purpose: Of this study was to determine the effect of implementing the snake and ladder method in the class of pregnant women on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy. Methods: This type of research is Pre Experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the Mamboro Public Health Center area. The sample is 30 respondents, with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Result: The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge from moderate to good, with the test results obtained a value of P=0,000 that there was an effect of implementing the snake and ladder method in pregnant women's classes on increasing mother's knowledge. Suggestion: Mamboro health centers are expected to use the research results as a reference source in providing health services, especially activities for pregnant women. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil secara terus menerus dengan metode ceramah membuat para ibu mengalami kejenuhan. Metode ular tangga dengan beberapa orang ibu hamil menjadi pemain dan bidan sebagai narasumber diharapkan mampu memberikan suasana baru dalam pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan metode ular tangga pada kelas ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre Experimen dengan desain one group pretest-postest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil di wilayah puskesmas mamboro. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden, dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan dari cukup menjadi baik, dengan hasil uji di peroleh nilai P=0,000 bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan metode ular tangga pada kelas ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu. Saran: Kepada pihak puskesmas Mamboro diharapkan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian sebagai sumber rujukan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya kegiatan pada kelas ibu hamil.
