Hotel Kartika Kota Langsa adalah salah satu hotel tertua yang ada di Kota Langsa dan Hotel Kartika masih berstatus bintang 2, hotel ini berdiri pada tahun 1982 yang di dirikan oleh bapak H.Abdullah Hanafiah dan sampai sekarang masih beroperasi dalam melayani pelanggan hotel. Hotel Kartika mempunyai 47 orang tenaga kerja yang terbagi dari beberapa bagian yang sudah terstruktur. Hotel Kartika Kota Langsa memiliki 70 kamar, dengan 52 kamar di lantai 1 dan 18 kamar di lantai 2. Hotel Kartika dalam sehari dapat terisi 25 sampai 35 kamar. Harga kamar Hotel Kartika berkisar antara 150 ribu sampai 800 ribu/kamar. Permasalahan pada Hotel Kartika adalah belum berjalan nya sistem informasi pemesanan kamar hotel secara online, sehingga konsumen (tamu hotel) masih memesan kamar hotel secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Merancang sistem informasi pemesanan kamar hotel agar dapat mempermudah konsumen (tamu hotel) dalam memesan kamar hotel secara online yang berbasis website (WEB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data flow diagram (DFD) untuk merancang aliran sistem dan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan personal home page (PHP) dalam merancang website (WEB). Hasil dan pembahasan pada perancangan website (WEB) terdapat 2 level proses yang akan berjalan dalam pemesanan kamar hotel secara online yaitu level 1 terdiri dari daftar akun login tamu, login admin, check-in hotel dan cetak struk pemesanan harian, sedangkan untuk level 2 tediri dari login tamu,pesan kamar, pilih tipe kamar, pengisian data pemesanan,pilih jenis bank transaksi, konfirmasi pembayaran, konfirmasi pemesanan, input data tamu,id card kamar hotel, pengolahan laporan harian,bulanan dan tahunan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sistem informasi pemesanan kamar hotel yang berbasis website (WEB) ini memudahkan pelanggan untuk mengetahui informasi hotel dan sistem pemesanan kamar pada Hotel Kartika. website (WEB) juga menampilkan data fasilitas hotel, data kamar hotel,data laporan hotel beserta data harga kamar hotel dan tipe kamar hotel secara jelas karena tersedianya database yang baik dalam bentuk file-file komputer. The tight competition in the service industry, especially hospitality, has caused hoteliers to strive to improve service quality. Improving the quality of service is carried out in various ways, one of which is increasing the occupancy rate of hotel rooms. This is different from Hotel X. Hotel X is an old hotel located in Langsa which has experienced a decrease in room occupancy from time to time. The decrease was caused by the service from hotel X that was still not satisfactory to customers. The purpose of this study is to identify customer dissatisfaction with the quality of hotel services and provide design proposals to improve service quality. The method used in this study is the Kano model, which is the model used to identify customer satisfaction, through questionnaires given to customers, statistical tests are used to conduct adequacy tests and data uniformity tests for questionnaire data obtained. Excel and SPSS software are used in statistical tests, Minitab 16 software is used in making coefficient diagrams of customer satisfaction levels. Results and Discussion obtained 21 attributes in the must be a category, 8 attributes in the one-dimensional category, 2 in the attractive category, and 2 in the indifferent category, the attributes which are categorized as one dimensional, attractive, and must be are attributes that are prioritized to improve service quality. In conclusion, 31 attributes are included in customer dissatisfaction with hotel X, one of which is the physical condition of the building with a dissatisfaction value of -3,080. There are 18 attributes as proposed designs in improving service quality, five of which are adding and completing service-related equipment, infrastructure improvement, improvement and development of standard operating procedures (SOP), periodic maintenance and replacement of service support equipment, procurement of housekeeping equipment, cleaning of facilities. and infrastructure, installation of signs, warnings, and information.
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of local government size, dependency level, age of local government, legislative size, population, regional income, functional differentiation and capital expenditure on the level of disclosure of local government financial reports to district/city regional governments in West Sumatra Province. The population of this study is the district/city regional government in West Sumatra Province with the sample used is the regional government financial report on the District/City Regional Government in West Sumatra Province for the period 2014-2016. The sample included in the criteria of this study were 57 local government financial reports using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 program. The results of the research show that the legislative size and the number of population affect the level of disclosure of local government financial statements, but the size of the local government, the level of dependence, the age of local governments, regional income, functional differentiation and capital expenditure do not affect the level of disclosure of local government financial statements.
PT. ABC is a company engaged in the manufacture of Dolomite Fertilizer. The number of requests is greater than the amount of production. Due to fluctuations in the number of requests that tend to increase, this occurs due to a lack of capacity at the workstation. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the capacity requirements planning analysis for each work station to know the company's capacity needs. The research aims to identify the shortage/excess production capacity and provide proposals for the balance of production capacity at PT. A B C. Production capacity research was conducted using the Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP) method. Results and Discussion, comparison of available capacity and required capacity (load) are as follows, work station jaw crusher available capacity 36.74 hours/week while required capacity (load) 36 hours/week, work station bucket elevator available capacity 36, 74 hours/week while the required capacity (load) is 14.4 hours/week, work station ball mill available capacity is 36.74 hours/week while the required capacity (load) is 45.6 hours/week, and work station silo flour the available capacity is 36.74 hours/week while the required capacity (load) is 51.59 hours/week. In conclusion, two stations experience excess capacity, namely the jaw crusher work station with an excess capacity of 0.74 hours/week and the bucket elevator work station with an excess capacity of 22.34 hours/week. The other two work stations experienced a lack of capacity, namely the ball mill work station with a capacity shortage of 22.34 hours/week and the silo flour work station with a capacity shortage of 14.85 hours/week. Efforts to balance capacity by scheduling overtime and adding equipment (machinery) to work centers that lack capacity, so that the company's production targets are achieved.
PT. Bumi Sama Ganda merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dibidang pengolahan kelapa sawit menajdi CPO (Crude Palm Oil). Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu operator mengalami keluhan pada otot skeletal yang disebut dengan keluhan Musculosceletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi keluhan operator produksi. Metode penelitian adalah Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan operator produksi. Hasil dan Pembahasan, Persentasi keluhan operator produksi adalah keluhan pada pinggang (100%), kaki kiri (62,5%), kaki kanan (62,5%), punggung (50%), lengan atas kanan (50%), siku kiri (50%), siku kanan (50%), leher (37,5%), lengan atas kiri (37,5%), tangan kiri (25%), tangan kanan (25%), lutut kiri (25%), lutut kanan (25%), tengkuk (12,5%), bahu kiri (12,5%), pinggul (12,5%), pergelangan tangan kiri (12,5%), pergelangan tangan kanan (12,5%), betis kiri (12,5%) dan betis kanan (12,5%). Keluhan operator stasiun sortasi terdapat 20 titik keluhan dengan persentase tertinggi adalah pada otot skeletal pinggang.
