SPP payments still often experience obstacles such as data collection and payment information processes that are done manually where recording reports still use a ledger, making work neglected and spending a lot of time and financial staff in searching student data and archiving. In the current technological era, it is necessary to innovate the use of technology in the world of education to assist the administration of school finance so that the data collection and information process of Payments run effectively and efficiently. In this journal will discuss about the design of web-based SPP payment information systems and sms gateways using sms gateway notifications. This design aims to assist the finance department in recording SPP payments and as a means of informing payments to parents / guardians. The research method used is the SDLC type Waterfall method. This application helps the finance department in recording SPP payments and parents / guardians get payment information every month through SMS notifications.
The system that is currently running in recording inventory at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang is considered ineffective and efficient because it still uses paper and the process of inputting and recapping goods data is semi-computerized in Microsoft Excel. which causes problems, namely too much stock of goods so that it increases the load in the warehouse and too little stock of goods which results in an exhaustion of stock in the warehouse. To solve this problem, we need an inventory control information system. The method of analysis uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. For the system design process using sublime as the writing language and programming PHP, and XAMPP as localhost, the database uses MySQL. This study aims to design an inventory control system in the HRD department at PT Berlina Tbk Tangerang, and to make it easier for the HRD Department to input and create inventory reports. With this research, it can produce an inventory control system design that is more effective and efficient and can find out the storage costs in the warehouse. From the calculation of the EOQ method, it is found that it is 20% smaller than the previous storage and the total cost of ordering in a year is 2x orders. Thus, it means that there is a very real difference between the inventory policies implemented by the company and the EOQ method.

Property sales business is a business activity of buying and selling goods and services related to property (buildings and land). Business in the property sector is a type of business that is quite promising. With the increasing number of competitors in this property business, developers must be more active and innovative in introducing products, so a solution is needed to attract many buyers by using an e-commerce system. The problems faced in this sales system are still in a less broad scope, data management still uses a handwritten media system on a sheet of paper so it takes a long time, and monthly report storage media still uses a ledger that requires accuracy. The designed system produces fast, precise, and accurate information in the entire process, both in terms of data input, transaction processing (orders), to output. The development method used is a prototype model and the PHP programming language so that the website runs dynamically which is supported by a MySQL database. The solution obtained from the above problems is to build a website-based online sales system, so that sellers and buyers do not meet face-to-face. With this system, it is expected to expand the area and facilitate sales marketing and increase and make it easier for the public to get information.
Ketidakhadiran seorang guru memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang perlunya mereformasi kinerja dan pembelajaran guru. Paling tidak, harus memastikan bahwa para guru sudah ada di kelas, untuk melakukan apa yang harus mereka lakukan. Guru yang disiplin yaitu guru yang biasanya hadir tepat waktu, taat terhadap semua peraturan yang diterapkan disekolah, serta berprilaku sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku. Dalam kehadiran guru di kelas sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan dan proses belajar mengajar karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, maka perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodasi dalam pencatatan kehadiran dan kegiatan belajar mengajar.Metode Pieces digunakan dalam penelitian ini agar memudahkan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah pada sistem berjalan saat ini. Untuk merancang sistem dibuat dengan bentuk UML (Unified Modeling Language) sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan menjadi jalan keluar bagi pihak terkait untuk mengecek dan menyusun laporan absensi guru sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar dan baik.
