ОСОБА СажетакТелесни састав је компонента здравља која је уско повезана са вредностима мишића, масти, воде, кости, као и осталим виталним деловима човечијег тела. Предмет истраживања представљају студије публиковане у периоду од 1998 . до 2016. године, фокусиране на утицај програма вежбања на телесни састав старијих особа, узраста 58-70 година. Овај преглед је имао за циљ да идентификује и сумира телесни састав старијих особа, као и да појасни да ли постоји утицај програма вежбања на телесни састав старијих особа. Резултати ове студије потврђују бројне закључке претходних студија да вежбање представља битан фактор у редукцији телесног састава старијих особа. Урађени систематски преглед показује да у поређењу са пасивном контролном групом, група која вежба остварује значајне резултате у побољшању телесног састава старијих особа. Препорука је да аеробни тренинг, високо интензивни тренинг, тренинг издржљивости, тренинг са отпором, тренинг снаге, или комбинација наведених типова тренинга представљају сигуран начин за редукцију телесног састава старијих особа . Међутим, поједина неслагања свакако могу бити приписана карактеристикама узорка испитаника, а поред тога, добијени резултати могу варирати у зависности од трајања и врсте активности. The results of this study confirm the conclusions of many previous studies that exercise is an important factor in the reduction of body composition of the elderly . Made a systematic review shows that compared with passive control group achieved significant results in improving body composition of elderly people . It is recommended that aerobic training, high-intensity training, endurance training, resistance training, strength training, or a combination of these types of training are a sure way to reduce the body composition of the elderly, however, individual differences can certainly be attributed to the characteristics of the sample, and in addition obtained results may vary depending on the duration and type of activity .
