ÖZBu araştırmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon durumlarını incelemektir. Araştırma nicel bir çalışma olup çalışmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Muş İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'nde çalışan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri oluştururken, örneklem grubunu ise kolaylama örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen Muş Merkez'de görev yapan 20 kadın 104 erkek toplamda 124 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubuna araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu, beden eğitimi öğretmeni ''Mesleki Etik Ölçeği'' ve beden eğitimi öğretmenleri için ''Mesleki Motivasyon Ölçeği'' uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon alt boyutlarının cinsiyet, medeni durum, çalışılan okul, öğretmenlik kıdemi ve idari görev değişkeni ile arasında anlamlı bir fak saptanmamıştır. Veli ve Öğrencilerden kaynaklanan Motivasyon, Mesleki sorumluluk ve mesleki etik genel alt boyutlarının yaş değişkeni ile arasında anlamlı bir fark saptanmıştır. Mesleki etik ile mesleki motivasyon alt boyutları arasında pozitif ve negatif korelasyon görülmüştür. Regresyon analizine göre mesleki etik ve mesleki sorumluluk alt boyutlarının mesleki motivasyon genel düzeyini arttırdığı görülmüştür. Ethics Motivation Sports Management A B S T R A C TThe aim of this study is to examine the professional ethics and professional motivation levels of physical education and sports teachers. The research is a qualitative study conducted with the correlational survey model. The population of the study is comprised of the physical education and sports teachers working under Muş provincial directorate of national education, and the sample group is comprised of 124 physical education and sports teachers (20 females and 104 males), who were selected through the convenience sampling method and working in central Muş. The Personal Information Form that was prepared by the researchers, ''Professional Ethics Scale'' for the physical education teachers, and ''Professional Motivation Scale'' for the physical education teachers were administered to the sample group. According to the results of the analyses, it was determined that there was statistically no significant difference between the sub-dimensions of professional ethics and professional motivation and the variables of gender, marital status, the school of the teacher, teaching experience, and administrative task. On the other hand, a statistically significant difference was determined between the age variable and the sub-dimensions of motivation, professional responsibility, and professional ethics that are parent and student oriented. Additionally, it was determined that there were positive and negative correlations between the professional ethics and professional motivation sub-dimensions. Based on the regression test, it was observed that professional ethics and professional motivation sub-dimensions increased the general level of professional motivation.
The aim of this research study is to examine the cognitive flexibility and social appearance anxiety levels of physical education and sports teachers and primary school teachers. The study group consists of 160 participant (56 famele, 104 male) in total. Personal information form created by researchers and "Cognitive Flexibility Inventory" transcribed to Turkish by Gülüm and Dağ (2012) and " Social Appearance Anxiety Scale, transcribed to Turkish by Doğan (2010) has been used as a data collector in the study. In the analysis of data, the T-test has been used in the comparison of quantitative continuous data between two independent groups and the One Way Anova test has been used in the comparison of quantitative continuous data between more than two independent groups. Scheffe test has been used as the completive post hoc analysis to determine the differences after the Anova test. Pearson correlation analysis was implemented among the continuous variables of the study. As a result of the study, there was a statistically significant difference between the levels of cognitive flexibility and ability to produce alternative solutions as well as between the cognitive flexibility overall scores and teaching experience (p<0.05). It was determined that there were statistically significant differences among the social appearance anxiety scores concerning gender, school, and teaching branch variables (p<0.05). It was determined that there was statistically no significant relationship between cognitive flexibility overall scores and social appearance anxiety levels (p>0.05).
Bu araştırmada, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı merkez çalışanlarının Örgüte Bağlılık düzeylerinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; R. T. Mowday, L. W. Porter ve R. M. Steers(1979)'in Örgüte Bağlılık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı merkez çalışanlarından gönüllü olarak 180 kişi katılmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS 21.0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara ait kişisel özellikleri belirlemek için frekans ve oran analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışanların örgütsel bağlılıkları ve kişisel özellikleri arasında farkın olup olmadığını tespit etmek için Oneway ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda; demografik özelliklerde yer alan "Çalıştığı Birim" değişkeninde (p<0,05) anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Diğer demografik değişkenlerde ise anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir (p>0,05).
This study aims to investigate the relationship between general self-efficacy and scientific epistemological beliefs of the students in the school of physical education and sports. The study group consists of 400 students (174 female, 226 male) in total. Personal information form created by researchers and "Scientific Epistemological Beliefs Scale" transcribed to Turkish by Acat, Gülçin, and Karadağ (2010) and "Self Efficacy Scale" transcribed to Turkish by Yeşilay (1996) has been used as a data collector in the study. In the analysis of data, the T-test has been used in the comparison of quantitative continuous data between two independent groups and the One Way Anova test has been used in the comparison of quantitative continuous data between more than two independent groups. Scheffe test has been used as the completive post hoc analysis to determine the differences after the Anova test. Pearson correlation test has been implemented between the continuous variables of the study. As a result of the study, it has been seen that there is a significant difference on behalf of the ones who are 20 years old and over informing information as one of the scientific epistemological sub-dimensions on behalf of the students of Bingöl University (p<0.05). It has been also seen that there is a significant difference on behalf of Ankara University students and females in the gender variable in general self-efficacy points (p<0,05). It has not been seen that there is a significant difference in other variables (p>0.05).
