This study aims to know whether the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of Ciputra University students which is expected to be the factor in being a successful enterprenour in the future, is influenced by parent who has a career as an independent enterprenour. The population of the study is students who have completed a minimum of two year study, have a sustainable business project at the time being, and have parents as family business entrepreneur. This is an exploratory qualitative research done by conducting in-depth interviews to students who become informants. Results from this study indicated that the character of the entrepreneurial spirit in the students themselves can be formed through an educational process, and also through action and the way of thought from parents in running the business. Character of entrepreneurial spirit is professionally sharpened the students in learning process at Ciputra University which is based on entrepreneurship.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah karakter semangat kewirausahaan mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra, yang diharapkan membuat mereka sukses di masa depan sebagai pengusaha, dipengaruhi oleh orang tua yang berkarir sebagai pengusaha mandiri. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang telah menjalani masa studi minimal dua tahun, memiliki sebuah proyek bisnis yang berkelanjutan hingga saat ini, dan memiliki orang tua sebagai pengusaha bisnis keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bersifat eksploratif yang dikerjakan dengan cara melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada mahasiswa yang menjadi informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter semangat kewirausahaan dalam diri mahasiswa dapat dibentuk melalui proses pendidikan, dan juga melalui tindakan dan cara berpikir yang mereka melihat dari orang tua mereka dalam menjalankan bisnis. Karakter semangat kewirausahaan mahasiswa lebih dipertajam secara profesional dalam proses belajar di Universitas Ciputra yang berbasis kewirausahaan.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Kepuasan Nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. RHB Sekuritas Indonesia di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah dari PT. RHB Sekuritas Indonesia di Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan aplikasi perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Image dan Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Kepuasan Nasabah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Nasabah sebagai variabel intervening memediasi secara parsial antara hubungan Brand Image dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.

<p>Entrepreneurial Intention can be influenced by demographic factors (gender, age, work experience) and external factors, such as family background. One characteristic of an entrepreneur looked when he faces obstacles in managing the business, he is likely to survive and find a way out and not stop halfway. Individual ability to transform obstacles into opportunities is known as the Adversity Quotient (AQ/ adversity intelligence). Connectedness between adversity intelligence with the intention of entrepreneurship, as well as differences in the intentions of entrepreneurship by differences in gender, work experience and family background (family business and non-family business) are described in this study. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling of 126 students of the Ciputra University. Results showed the Sig. coefficient of Spearman’s rank correlationis 0.000 and the correlation coefficient is0.502; which means that there are significant linkages between adversity intelligence with the entrepreneurial intention. Independent sample test results show that the intention of entrepreneurship do not differ between male student with the girls. However, the intention of entrepreneurship students who have not experienced lower job than work experience. In addition, students who have a background in family business have higher entrepreneurial intention than students of non-family business.<br />Keywords: entrepreneurial intention, adversity intelligence, family business</p>
