Due to the pandemic in Turkey in March 2020, distance education was carried out instead of face-to-face education in universities. Faculties have switched to distance education very quickly and unpreparedly. Thus, university students continued their education remotely. Evaluation of the effects of the pandemic on university students is thought to be important in terms of risk management. In this context, the aim of the research is; To reveal the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on university students. In line with this purpose, it is aimed to describe the situations of university students in the current process. Therefore, this research is a cross-sectional survey. In order to describe the scanned phenomenon, 536 university students studying at five different universities were reached. The data were collected through a form prepared by the researchers. The obtained data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. As a result, university students stated that the pandemic made their lives extremely difficult and that they had high levels of anxiety in this process. In addition, it has been determined that university students are more concerned about the future, health and education during the pandemic process. university students who caught the Covid-19 disease or were in contact but remained in quarantine stated that they had physical and mental problems. On the other hand, the vast majority of university students think that the pandemic process has greatly adversely affected their undergraduate education. In the light of these results, suggestions were presented to educators and policymakers in this field.
