Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very significant role in the economy, can even be said to be the backbone of the economy. However, MSMEs are precisely the sector hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Digitalization creates new opportunities for MSMEs in the pandemic. FinTech, one of the implementations of digitalization should be pursued to be used by MSMEs. Using path analysis processed using Partial Least Square (PLS), this research aims to identify how Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) works on Adopting FinTech by MSMEs. The Outer Model and Inner Model reflect that the model work. The outer loading value of ? 0.7, AVE value ? of 0.5, Cronbach's Alpha ? 0,70, a correlation value ? of 0.50; and Composite Reliability ? 0.6, and R-Square 0.716 reflect it. However, regarding the factors that influence intention to use, it is different from previous research that became a reference. There are only four hypotheses proven. Those are Context had a significant positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness had a significant positive effect on the intention to use fintech. Keywords: FinTech, MSMEs, Digitalization, UTAUT, Inclusive
Bank Indonesia launched BI 7DRR replacing the BI Rate in order for banks to withdraw their reserves in 7 days' tenure. Thus, banks do not have to wait for 365 days to withdraw their reserves. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of BI 7DRR in controlling inflation. By using Partial Least Square model estimation (PLS) approach to generate multiple relationships model between factors to the schemes, this research found that on BI Rate scheme BI Rate has a negative effect on credit disbursement and positive effect on interest rate, expectation has negative effect on inflation, consumption has positive effect to GDP, exchange rate has negative effect to export, GDP has negative effect to Inflation, and credit has a positive effect on consumption. Meanwhile, on BI7DRR estimated model shows that BI7DRR has negative effect on expectation and exchange rate but has positive effect on interest rate, exchange rate has positive effect on export, and interest rate has negative effect on investment and credit disbursement. This research also found that the paired samples T Test indicates a significant difference between two mean of inflation according to the two schemes. Therefore, it can be concluded that BI7DRR effective to control the inflation
Since its ability to survive in any condition of the economy, and employment, MSMEs has become the strategic sector in the economy. Along with the rapid development of the tourism sector, MSMEs have also emerged that support tourism activities, such as culinary, souvenirs, entertainment and guide services. With great tourism potential, Indonesia's tourism sector has the opportunity to become the fastest growing leading sector in the world. Karanggondang, Limbangan and Lolong (KABALONG), three villages that administratively part of the Karanganyar subdistrict in Pekalongan Regency are areas that have various kinds of tourism potential, namely natural, culinary, historical and cultural tourism. The durian and 'Lengkung'/(arc/curve) bridge in Lolong have become an icon in this area. There are many and various MSMEs around it. However, they aren't managed professionally and integrated yet. So, they don't provide benefits to the community optimally. Using the appreciate inquiry (AI) that used in SOAR analysis, this research found that tourism MSMEs in Kabalong area potentially developed. Internally, MSMEs have strength products and human resources and externally supported by government support, natural resources and tourist preferences regarding tourist destinations. Considering the internally and externally supports and some of the aspirations and expected results, this research proposes a long-term policy in enhancing the performance of local tourism MSMEs, The Development of tourism MSMEs that based on local potential, science and technology and strong to improve community welfare Considering internally and externally supported and some of the aspirations and also measurable results, it can be proposed a long-term policy direction to enhance the tourism MSMEs around Kabalong area, Development of the Resilient Tourism MSMEs based on local potential, science, and technology to increase Social welfare. This research notes that the most important thing in enhancing MSMEs is to put the MSMEs as a "subject" of development rather than as an "object". The development of MSMEs can be started from what MSMEs have, not something they do not have or their limitations
Environmental damage and sustainability become the center of attention along with climate change today. One of the interesting things is the change in behavior in the consumption of products categorized as "green", including in terms of choosing tourism destinations. Environmentally friendly tourism destinations or ecotourism is increasingly becoming an option for those who care about the environment. Ecotourism is also used by many countries, including travel agents, to increase their economic value or profit. This study aims to investigate how the role of Environmental Concern as antecendent of Ecoturism Visit Intention mediates the influence of Future Time perspective and Destination Image toward Ecotourism visit Intention. This research involved 200 respondents who had visited ecotourism destinations at least twice, which was obtained using a convenience sample approach. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which were processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical package. The result shows that Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image positively impact Ecotourism Intention. Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image also influence Ecotourism Intention indirectly through Environmental Concern as the mediating variable. As an implication, the government and travel agents improve service readiness and perception of high-value propositions to develop a better destination image.
Abstract-There have been so many effort have been done to reduce poverty. The poor has decreased. However, it is still remain vulnerable. The existence of economic turmoil, such as crop failure and rising fuel prices would quickly raise up poverty. High economic growth often ignores the poor and marginalized. Therefore, inclusive growth can play an important role in alleviating poverty. This research is supposed to identify the social phsycology character of the productive poor, local wisdom related to poverty reduction, as well as develop a model of self-helping program for poverty alleviation. This study identified two groups of poor who has different social psychology character. The first group is the group of the poor who tend to accept poverty as destiny. This group considers that education is not important and subsistence work. They argue that the key factor to get out of poverty is education. Most of them set aside part of their income to live better in the future. This group tend to be found in urban which has high levels of mobility, and people are more likely heterogeneous Index Terms-Empowerment, inclusive growth, productive poor, poverty alleviation, social phsycology. I. INTRODUCTIONPoverty is one of the problems faced by provinces in Indonesia, including Central Java. According to Indonesian Statistic's data, the number of poor in Central Java in March 2011 amounted 5,107 million people (15.76 percent to total population), much less than in March 2010. The poor in Central Java has decreased, however it is still remain vulnerable. The Increasing in inequality may have implications such as a Manuscript received November 19, 2013; revised February 20, 2014 raising in the rate of poverty, political instability and social instability as well as lower growth itself. Then, Central Java implements pro-poor, pro-jobs and pro-growth to address poverty. When the inequalities occur, it could mean that development does not in line with the concept of inclusive growth. Reference [2] shows the main source for inclusive growth and poverty alleviation is the field of productive and decent employment, social security and increasing the capability of the basic needs of the community. It is not enough to make inclusive growth materialized, if the poverty alleviation just rely on aid or granting and so do the empowerment of the poor is done uniformly. It is important to consider the characters of the poor, especially the socia...
