Planetary reducer box undertakes the vibration transmitted from gear transmission system to bearing, and further transmits the vibration to the base. Research on the transmission path contribution of reducer box has an important guiding role in reducing vibration. This paper first analyzed the contribution of each vibration path of the gearbox based on the velocity intervention loss, so as to identify the main transmission path of the gearbox vibration; then the vibration test of the gearbox is carried out to verify the correctness of the transmission path model. The results show that the vibration transmission path of the right bearing of the gearbox is the main transmission path, and the established vibration transmission path dynamics model of the gearbox can well reveal the contribution law of the vibration transmission path of the gearbox.
Skin wounds, such as burns, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure sores, and wounds formed after laser or surgical treatment, comprise a very high proportion of dermatological disorders. Wounds are treated in a variety of ways; however, some wounds are greatly resistant, resulting in delayed healing and an urgent need to introduce new alternatives. Our previous studies have shown that cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has antibacterial activity and promotes cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration in vitro. To further advance the role of CAP in wound healing, we evaluated the safety and efficacy of CAP in vitro by irradiation of common refractory bacteria on the skin, irradiation of normal skin of rats and observing reactions, treatment of scald wounds in rats, and treating clinically common acute wounds. Our findings revealed that CAP can eliminate refractory skin bacteria in vitro; CAP positively affected wound healing in a rat scalding wound model; and direct CAP irradiation of low intensity and short duration did not lead to skin erythema or edema. CAP promises to be a new, economical, and safe means of wound treatment.
Shipboard helicopter folding technology can increase the number of helicopters parked on board aircraft carriers. Crown gear coupling is the trend in helicopter tail rotor folding technology due to its ability to automatically and quickly engage and disengage helicopter tail rotors. This paper presents a method for the design of tooth parameters for crown gear coupling for folding devices. The model of the relationship between tooth shape parameters and angular displacement of the crown gear coupling and the model of the relationship between angular displacement and shaft line angle of the crown gear coupling were established, respectively, and the basic parameters of tooth shape and modified parameters of the crown gear coupling were designed. The correctness of the design method of the tooth parameters of the crown gear coupling for the folding device was also verified through motion simulation. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of crown gear couplings for folding devices.
