Islamic business institutions (sharia) is one of the instruments used to regulate the rules of Islamic economics. As part of the economic system, it is part of the entire social system. Therefore, its existence must be viewed in the context of the overall existence of society (human), as well as the values that apply in the society concerned. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analysis. This study uses descriptive analysis research methods. The types of data used are secondary data, data in the form of articles, books and research reports as well as other sources or information relevant to this study. The role of shari'ah financial institutions in encouraging economic growth is to apply the principles of Shari'ah in the management of financial institutions such as buying and selling and profit sharing then indirectly Shari'ah financial institutions not only touch the monetary sector but also have touched the real sector resulting in unstoppable investment flows, resulting in an increase in productive businesses. Which ultimately also increases household income, the state, as well as export-import activities.
Penelitian ini dilakukan agar manusia dapat memahami hakikat pendidikan menurut pandangan Ibnu Khaldun. Seperti yang telah kita ketahui, di era modern seperti ini banyak orang yang masih meremehkan pendidikan. Karena mereka percaya bahwa seorang manusia mampu meraih kesusksesan tanpa melalui proses pendidikan atau didasarkan dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang cukup. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis metode kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan oleh peneliti diantaranya sebagai berikut: pertama, pandangan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap pendidikan ialah suatu kegiatan mencari ilmu pengetahuan menemukan berbagai keahlian di dalamnya untuk dimiliki, agar manusia mampu mencapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhiratnya, dalam proses kegiatannya manusia tidak terkekang oleh tempat dan waktu. Kedua, selain ilmu pengetahuan, pengalaman sangat dibutuhkan oleh seseorang untuk mendapatkan suatu ilmu. Ketiga, pendidikan ideal menurut Ibnu Khaldun harus mempertimbangkan beberapa hal diantaranya kurikulum, ilmu, manusia didik serta metode pendidikan. Adapun pengklasifikasian ilmu menurut Ibnu Khaldun diantaranya: Ilmu Aqliyah, Ilmu Naqliya serta Ilmu Bahasa. Dan beberapa metode pembelajaran yang dijabarkan oleh Ibnu Khaldun diantaranya, penggunaan metode pengulangan, menggunakan sarana tertentu sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran, model pembelajaran yang ditawarkan tidak rumit dan memberatkan para pemula dalam belajar khususnya anak-anak, adanya keterkaitan dalam disiplin ilmu dalam pembelajaran, sehingga tidak dapat mencampurkan antara dua ilmu pengetahuan dalam satu waktu dan metode latihan atau praktik.

As is the case in traditional Islamic boarding schools and semi-modern, conflicts occur, especially when the clerics who plays as the founder and owner of boarding dies, or when the pesantren, the founder or the resume, the teachers, caregivers, or also the family become involved in affairs outside of schools, for example, state, politics and others. By using descriptive analysis method with dispute resolution theory, This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological study through field studies. then, the formulation of problem is: How is conflict resolution in boarding using unique methods? The results show that including through intermarriage boarding, istighotsah, haul and akhirussanah. By stage of conflict resolution through the streets silaturrahmi as a process of conflict prevention, bahtsul matsa’il as the emphasis and conflict insulation, Tabayun as the process of setting and managing conflict and reconciliation as the final process of conflict resolution.

This research aims 1) to know the process of memorizing Arabic vocabulary through the book “Tarjoman of the Qur’an” Public Intermediate School Al-Furqan Jumper 2) To find out the problem of teaching Arabic vocabulary memorization through the book of Qur’an translators in the public middle school Al Furqan Jumper. As for the research approach that the researcher used, it is the qualitative entrance with the type of field research, and the method of data collection used is the documentary method, the observation and the personal interview. As for the results obtained by the researcher, they are: 1) The process of teaching Arabic vocabulary memorization through the Qur'an translator book depends on a method called “Umayy”, which is the course curriculum used in the public middle school Al Furqan, where the step consisting of seven steps was applied The educational process is as follows: opening and perception by coherence, consolidating the concept, understanding the concept, practice / skills, evaluation and seals. To facilitate the process of memorizing vocabulary for students, tones were used in teaching the Qur’an translators. 2) One of the problems that students face when memorizing Arabic vocabulary is that they do not carry Arabic while teaching the Quran. In addition, when the holiday came, the students' memorization worsened and he was unable to repeat it until the teacher needed to give them the opportunity to repeat memorization as much as the week.
