Among hypotheses supporters exists a belief that the hypothesis creates the research process framework, implying that the other elements of the research are not as important for reaching the goal. This opinion directly promotes a methodology built solely on a system of hypotheses with its variables and indicators as a sufficient road to project realization. Correctly constructing a hypothesis and its system of variables and indicators is never a trivial process. The conceptual definition of the hypothesis, its functionality, classification and structure requires additional research work and in most cases can be considered a separate research project. In this paper, special importance is assigned to the hypothesis and its conceptual definition; how it originates and is discovered along with its functionality, classification and structure and the derivation of the hypothesis and its variables and indicators with all their necessary scientific attributes.
Education in Serbia faces challenges of reforms and rapid adaptation to demands of global, developed environment, intensive changes in science, technology, economy, entrepreneurship and social relations in general, as well as to high standards and expectations. On the way to global integrations, education that wants to have a marker-sustainable-incorporates principles of sustainable development in its base: the principle of reconcilability with nature, economic sustainability, social justice, cultural identity, global joint work. After all the reforms and wandering around, the school recognizes that environmental, sustainable education forms a new way and style of life with relationships organized among adults and children at school and outside the school in the local community. Finally, a sustainable vision of education reform in Serbia has been focused on creation of a system that will be able to get together and engage relevant factors and respond to their actual needs. The education system that wants to have an indicator of sustainability is decentralized, efficient, effective, qualitative, and transparent; it employs highly professional, reflective, creative and motivated teaching staff; it has been focused on learning and it is a standard-based; it offers a high-quality program, promotes the culture of evaluation, self-evaluation and development of the school; it fosters fairness, ethics, tolerance, constructive communications-it is able to meet special educational needs, it has included the perspective of the lifelong learning, and it has a support of educational technologies. In essence it is a reengineering of the human spirit by mental transformations inspired by the principles of ecology and ecological engineering that needs to be implemented through sustainable environmental education. This paper will analyze whether all the opportunities offered in Serbia by environmental education are used, and what the obstacles are that need to be overcome in terms of normative principles and reduction of the gap between what "is" and what "should be" when considering the discourse of sustainable development in Serbia.
The main goal of this research is to examine the relation between gender and differences in affective attachment, emotional intelligence and self-esteem among students population. The scales for self-assessment of emotional intelligence, affective attachment and self-esteem were used in the current research. The sample consisted of 231 respondents, students of tourism and hospitality management, 71 males and 160 females. Considering that our sample is not representative, because there is a large disproportion in the number of male and female respondents, and that distribution of scores on measured variables deviates from normal, we used nonparametric techniques: Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Walis oneway analysis of variance. The results show that female students have more pronounced emotional intelligence in the domain of perceiving and understanding emotions, as well as a better ability to regulate and manage emotions compared to male respondents, while the measured scores at scale of affective attachment and self-esteem did not show statistically significant differences between gender. On further, female managers in our research see the development of rural tourism as their business opportunity.

To determine the measure of the connection between the formalization of the risk management process and the quality of goal and risk management, Spearman ‘s rank correlation was used as a measure of connection Result of the analysis provide guidance for overcoming key barriers and recommendations for improving the quality of management, through formalizing the risk management process, in order to achieve the set goals.
