Based on the PSO-ELM model, we analyze the key elements of safety input to respond to accidents and construct and evaluate its resource input optimization scheme. Based on the PSO-ELM cost prediction model, we analyze the key safety inputs for accident response and construct and evaluate the optimal allocation of resources. The results show that improving the technical level of component lifting is the key point of safety management in the construction of assembled buildings; increasing the strength of safety inspection before delivery of components, enhancing the technical performance of component safety status identification, and reasonably planning the frequency of using special transportation vehicles for components are effective ways to achieve the balance of safety, schedule, and cost of the project.
In the era of rapid development of science and technology, in order to attract the public's attention, many architectural designs unilaterally pursue nonmainstream design, completely ignoring the surrounding environment and historical context. The original spatial features and scales have disappeared, and the root cause is that the spatial shaping is separated from the urban context. Urban design that continues the urban context is not only a method to solve specific urban space problems and contradictions but also an important means to build a beautiful urban space and achieve sustainable development. The urban design of the two banks of the Pinghe River in the east of Foshan is based on the sorting and analysis of the material and spiritual elements of the context of the base. This article will go back to the trend of Western architectural contexts and discuss how to design new buildings while respecting the historical context of the city through rational speculation on the two dimensions of contextualism architectural theory, space and time, combined with architectural cases.
It is necessary to integrate the data reflecting the spatial organization and residents’ behavior characteristics in design of urban space renewal. Accordingly, based on the current principles of urban space design, a design platform for urban space renewal under the background of big data is proposed in this paper. Through the analysis of platform requirements and the design of organizational structure, the information integration of urban spatial database is mainly studied, where the database features are extracted through data mining, and the information entropy detection algorithm is used to implement data clustering, so as to rationally allocate urban spatial information and schedule resources and provide new ideas for urban design.
