The health of young people is an important guarantee for national development and rejuvenation. In the past five years, the Chinese government has issued a series of policies on adolescent physical health, which have effectively promoted the development of adolescent health. In this study, we collected national policies on adolescent physical health from 2016 to 2022 as research objects. Based on the theory of policy instruments, this paper constructs a three-dimensional framework of “policy instrument-adolescent physical health contents-adolescent physical health policy target audience”. The study found that the use of adolescent health policy tools in China is uneven, as most policies are biased towards supply-side policies. The lack of targeted protection policies for adolescents’ physical health is due to the lagging development of physical standards, lack of monitoring technology, and complex governance policies. Policy use by governments, schools, and communities is widely distributed, resulting in a lag in the overall effectiveness of adolescent physical health policies. To this end, we put forward the following suggestions: First, the use of policy instruments should be optimized. Secondly, on the basis of adolescent health monitoring, the physical health standards suitable for national conditions should be formulated. Moreover, we should improve the governance model and guarantee a system to fill the policy blank of the implementation of adolescent physical health. Finally, we should promote the coordinated development of mental health with “moral” as the core.
In recent years, China has comprehensively carried out and implemented the “national fitness campaign.” Sports have been integrated into everyone’s daily life. As a place for cultivating talents, colleges and universities have also begun to reform the physical education teaching mode and cultivate a number of talents with strong competition ability, teaching ability, and adaptability to the society. With the deepening of the reform of physical education teaching mode in colleges and universities, some colleges and universities have introduced the theory of multiple intelligences. By analyzing the concept and content of the theory of multiple intelligences and comparing it with the traditional physical education teaching mode, it fully reflects the advantages of the theory of multiple intelligences in physical education teaching. This paper uses fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy set algorithm to build a teaching model based on the theory of multiple intelligences. Moreover, we study the innovative methods of college physical education teaching, take college physical basketball teaching as the research object, and analyze the students’ sports technology, students’ teaching practice ability, and students’ thinking ability based on the theory of multiple intelligences. Experimental outcomes show that the teaching method guided by the theory of multiple intelligences was designed for the intelligent characteristics of the students in the experimental group, and the teachers and students communicated with each other during the teaching period, which significantly improved the students’ thinking ability.
Purpose:This study aims to systematically analyze the effects of physical activity on the cardiorespiratory health of children and adolescents who are obese. Additionally, it aims to review the factors that influence the effects of the intervention. Methods: A systematic review of literature on physical activity interventions for improving cardiopulmonary fitness in obese adolescents from January 1, 2011 to March 1, 2023 was conducted. The search was performed on the Web of Science and PubMed databases, and the selected literature is first screened and then assessed for quality, and finally a systematic review is conducted. Results:Twenty-three papers were eventually included, from 11 countries, containing 20 randomised controlled trials and 3 non-randomised controlled trials. 2737 study subjects, aged 5-18 years, were involved, with literature publication dates mainly between 2011 and 2022. The types of physical activity included mainly physical education classroom and extracurricular physical education activities, mainly of moderate to high intensity, with a single intervention of 40-60 min. physical activity was effective in improving maximal oxygen uptake, peak oxygen uptake, heart rate and resting heart rate. The measurement protocol is mainly is based on running and walking, with a modified protocol chosen according to the experiment. Conclusions:Physical activity can improve the cardiorespiratory health of children and adolescents who are obese. The type of physical activity directly affects the interest of obese children and adolescents in participating, with moderate to high intensity physical activity having the most significant effect on intervention effectiveness, and high frequency, long-term interventions being more effective than short-term ones. The three pathways to improve cardiopulmonary fitness in obese children and adolescents are physical activity, improving cardiovascular fitness, reducing autoimmune inflammation, and enhancing fat metabolism. The effects of the intervention are mainly in terms of maximum and peak oxygen uptake, heart rate and resting heart rate, as well as systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Other factors that can influence the cardiopulmonary fitness of obese children and adolescents include genetic predisposition, living environment, dietary patterns, and sleep.
To realize the recognition and scoring of Wushu Athletes’ wrong actions by electronic referees, reduce the difficulty of referees’ recognition, help reduce man-made errors and influence in the process of competition judgment, and make the referee work fairer and more scientific, therefore, this paper aims to make an in-depth study on the Wushu referee decision support system based on the theory and method of error recognition. Firstly, this paper discusses the overall architecture of the Wushu decision support system, analyzes the functions and database design of each system in the system, constructs a digital and information-based Wushu referee decision support system, and uses the error matrix logic equation to solve the recognition state and goal. The Nrej3d technology is introduced for collecting the characteristics of martial arts wrong actions, and matching recognition is completed by using the sports space, to complete the research on the decision support system of martial arts referees based on the theory and method of wrong recognition. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is superior to other methods in the recognition accuracy and effective measurement of martial arts wrong movements and has a certain application value.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
