The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has caused a high level of open unemployment in Indonesia. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower held training to be given to people who do not have the skills and want to develop their skills. There are two kinds of training provided, namely blended learning training and online learning management system. This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of blended learning-based online training and LMS (2) Obstacles and solutions to the implementation of blended learning and LMS training. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research subjects included 2 training program managers, 2 training instructors, 2 training participants. The data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with 2 training program managers, 2 training instructors, 2 trainees, observation, and documentation related to the implementation of blended learning and LMS training. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources. The data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that blended learning training was carried out with a portion of 30% online and 70% offline, while LMS was carried out online by combining an e-training platform as a learning support. The obstacle in implementing this training was the internet network connection. The solution provided was the training instructor reviewed the training material during offline training. In conclusion, BBPLK Semarang is one of the institutions that implement blended learning and LMS which has been held since the beginning of the pandemic by combining e-training. This implementation had several obstacles including internet connection and there were still some participants who did not have adequate gadgets. The implementation of this training was supported by the replacement of internet quota fees that could support blended learning and LMS training.
Kegiatan pendampingan bagi tutor (pendidik) merupakan kegiatan tindak lanjut dari program pelatihan, yang sangat diperlukan bagi tutor agar mereka mampu menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari selama pelatihan ke dalam tugas mengelola pembelajaran yang nyata di kelas. Hal ini disebabkan tutor acapkali mengalami kendala sikap kurang percaya diri, takut salah dan kurang kreatif menghadapi peserta didik pada kelas yang real dan terbatasnya pengalaman kerja.. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan bagi tutor pada PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis dengan model ICARE (Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, Extension) berdasarkan identifikasi masalah kelemahan tutor yakni merancang perangkat lembar kerja yang baik. Penerapan pendampingan dengan model ICARE dapat memberikan peluang tutor untuk mengetahui kelemahan atau masalahnya, menemukan ide-ide perbaikan, mencobakan ide baru untuk memecahkan masalahnya dan mengembangkannya yang lebih baik. Kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk pendampingan tutor dengan model ICARE merupakan alat pemberdayaan dan pengembangan personal tutor yang sangat efektif membantu tutor memecahkan masalah mempraktekkan atau mentransfer pengalaman belajar baru yang diperoleh selama mengikuti pelatihan ke dalam praktek kinerja mengelola pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kharakteristik kemampuan peserta didik, sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan program lembaga. Hasil akhirnya tercapai pembelajaran yang bermutu, perbaikan kinerja tutor menuju profesional pada satuan pendidikan luar sekolah yang dikelola PKBM.
Literacy skills provide opportunities to build society to face the global changes. This study aims to promoting the community members of the tourist village according to financial and cultural citizenship literacy as a part of multiliteracy in tourism village. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects are 10 villagers in Jojogan Village, Wonosobo Regency. The method of data collecting use interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis begins during the data collection process, performs data reduction, data presentation, and ends with drawing conclusions and verification. The findings describe promoting financial and cultural citizenship literacy as multiliteracy in Tourism Village is carried out in the community to have a financial and cultural literacy in their daily lives as a part of tourism village community. This activity promotes literacy cultur e by adjusting their free time because the learning schedule was coming from the community member's needs. With this condition, the manager and facilitator continuously try to adjust the conditions of the community members. These literacy learning activities include reading, writing, numerating, speaking, and listening. The benefit of this research is to provide an explanation that financial and cultural citizenship literacy as a part of multiliteracy in tourism village must be done.
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN-CRC) states that all children in the world have the right to the right to survive; the right to develop (right to be educated); and the right to protection. One of the points of the UN-CRC is the fulfillment of the rights of children with special needs. This study aims to identify the Implementation of Child-Friendly Inclusive Schools for Early Childhood Education in the Semarang City area. This research uses a case study quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique starts from data display, data reduction, to drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: In the implementation of Student Management, Curriculum Management Implementation, the implementation of education staff management, and in the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management, there is still a need for improvement and assistance from the department.
