Sekarang ini pelayanan publik masih terdapat banyak kelemahan dan belum memenuhi harapan masyarakat terutama dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMP Swasta Islam Terpadu Nurul Ikhwan Serdang Bedagai. Explanatory research merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil dari analisis data dengan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikansi pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y = 38.155 + 0,181X yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dari pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Selain itu, dalam uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R Squre sebesar 0,419 yang menunjukkan bahwa 41,9% kepuasan siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan, sedangkan 58,1% selebihnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan memiliki nilai yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa.

One of the consequences is in the field of education where face-to-face learning cannot be carried out. In order to improve the ability of students, it is necessary first to improve the ability of the educators. In order to improve teacher performance, various efforts, policies and flexible strategies are needed from a leader in the school environment, namely the principal. This study aims to determine the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 10 Binjai. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that principals carry out regular official meetings, internet training and apply open leadership strategies in improving teacher performance. The obstacles faced by the head include teachers who have not mastered technology and are not disciplined in the learning process during the pandemic
