AbstrakBeberapa mesin vending saat ini belum mempunyai sistem pengembalian uang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah prototype sistem kontrol pengembalian uang kertas rupiah pada mesin vending berbasis Arduino Uno. Sensor yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi nominal dan keaslian uang adalah sensor warna TCS3200. Keaslian dan nominal uang dideteksi berdasarkan warna uang yang dimasukkan pada sistem pembaca uang. Hasil pembacaan warna uang dari sensor TCS3200 kemudian akan di proses menggunakan Arduino Uno. Nominal uang yang dideteksi pada penelitian ini adalah Rp. 20.000, Rp. 10.000, Rp. 5.000, Rp. 2.000 dan Rp. 1.000. Output dari sistem adalah mengontrol mekanik mesin menggunakan motor DC untuk menarik uang kertas rupiah keluar dari mesin. Sistem ini secara otomatis akan bekerja jika nominal uang yang dimasukkan oleh pembeli lebih besar dari harga barang yang di jual pada mesin vending. Coral reefs are underwater ecosystems that consist of a group of coral animals that form the structure of the calcium carbonate, a kind of limestone. Coral reef ecosystems have high productivity and diversity of fauna species. This study aim is to design the Android-based application for identifying the types and species of coral reefs. Android-based application for determining types of coral reef is designed structurally consisting of design models, i.e. flowchart, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram and output design. The research method used to design the identification of coral types is 3D animation technique, action research-based on system analysis, application design, implementation, and testing. The data in this study was obtained by using observation, interview and documentation. The research result is the android application can identify the types of coral reefs in the form of 3D images, text, sound and animation.
Linking Personality to Lecturers' Employability and Affective Commitment. Objectives: This study explores the effect of personality on employability and lecturers' affective commitment, and how employability mediating personality affects affective commitment. Methods: A questionnaire collected data through the survey methods toward 230 lecturers in Indonesia spread across four provinces: Jakarta, Banten, West Java, and Central Java. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. Finding: The results show that personality had a significant direct effect on affective commitment, employability had a significant direct effect on affective commitment, personality had a significant direct effect on employability, and personality had a significant indirect effect on affective commitment mediated by employability. Conclusion: A new model regarding the effect of personality on lecturers' affective commitment, mediated by employability, was confirmed. Thus, the researchers and practitioners can adopt or adapt a new empirical model to increase teachers' affective commitment through personality and employability in the future, various filed and contexts.
