Dalam upaya meraih hasil yang maksimal juga perlu adanya pengetahuan tentang motivasi dan faktor-faktor dalam pengembangan individu, perubahan performanya, serta dinamika individu kelompok. This Community Service Assistance Activity aims to provide knowledge and information to the people of Batu Bintang Village, Batumarmar District, Pamekasan Regency, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises / home businesses.regarding the use of tomatoes into cakes which are processed into various forms of attractive and delicious cakes, this Community Service is carried out by counseling or training on how to make a cake made from tomatoes and showing cake products processed from tomatoes, presentations and direct practice of how to use tomatoes to one of the cake products, then presenting and showing proper packaging according to packaging standards. Community Service activities were undertaken at the Village Hall or at muslimatan village of Batu stars Subdistrict Batumarmar Pamekasan. The willingness and active participation of the community during the process is very high. This is shown by the enthusiasm of the people who want to be given the opportunity to carry out the process of using tomatoes into processed products, namely tomato cake. The conclusion of this Community Service assistance activity is strongly supported by the community and village heads, who in the future will use tomatoes as one of the main ingredients for making cakes and as a solution to overcome the improvement of the community's economic conditions
The leadership model in an educational setting influences the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. Effective principal leadership can improve teacher performance and the quality of education. Humanistic leadership can be applied at all levels of education, including early childhood education (PAUD). The education process starts at the lowest education level, namely PAUD. This level of education needs full attention because it is the foundation of children's education, where early childhood is at the best stage of physical and brain development. The creation of quality PAUD is influenced by the leadership of the school principal. With humanistic leadership, it is hoped that the principal is able to meet the basic needs of teachers, which can create teacher satisfaction so that they can improve their performance. Job satisfaction and teacher performance have a very close relationship because it is important and is an aspect of organizational psychology.
The moral decadency of our people especially the teenagers in apprehensived, among others, the rise of free sex and drug abuse. The data showed as many as 63% of teens commit free sex, the victims of narcotic are 1.1 million people or 3,9% of the total number of victim. Mean while the school of Adiwiyata is a good place and ideal for acquiring all of sciences and the various norms and ethics that can be the foundation of people towards the creation of prosperity life to the ideals of sustainable development. The focus of this study are: (1) Policy of the principle of SMPN 1 Larangan and MTsN Pareteker Pamekasan in the management and implementation of enviromental-based character education. (2) factor that influence the SMPN 1 Larangan and MTsN Parteker Pamekasan was`awarded the schools Adiwiyata. The research approach used is the qualitative approach, and type of research is the multi case study. The results of this research are as follow: (1) the retrieval policy model is taken by SMPN 1 Larangan and MTsN Parteker Pamekasan are almost the same through meeting model with all stakeholder. The policy was decided in SMPN 1 Larangan i.e. religious life, LISA (see junk grab), a culture of healthy living and clean by working together, and the children’s foster care. The policy taken in MTsN Parteker Pamekasan i.e. religious life through Dhuha prayer, clean healthy living and working together, one teacher one tree, go green teams and foster care.
