<p><em>The purpose of this research is to find out about the transaction system in digital wallets (e-wallets) associated with the wadiah yad dhomanah contract in the study of muamalah fiqh. Whether the transaction is in accordance with the principles of Islamic finance so that it creates peace for Muslims in using the application.</em></p><p><em>Digital payments are currently a public need along with the development of information technology in particular. This is evidenced by the non-cash payment innovation. This innovation in Indonesia was formally carried out by Bank Indonesia through the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) in 2014. This movement aims to increase public awareness of the use of non-cash instruments so that a community that uses cashless instruments is gradually formed (cashless). society).</em></p><p><em>The technology cashless society clearly plays an important role in encouraging the consumption of Indonesia's middle class to be more consumptive. The presence of electronic money is one way to encourage people to become consumptive. The touch of technology in consumption through electronic money has provided a new color in interpreting consumption. Consumption does not only use its utility function to spend but also an identity function that needs to be fulfilled. Non-cash payment innovation in Indonesia continues to grow, along with the rise of financial technology (fintech) products in the form of digital wallets (e-wallets) such as Go-Pay, OVO, Dana, LinkAja, Paytren, and so on.</em></p>
<em>The aim of this research is to explore Abdullah Saeed's views on the practice of mudharabah contracts in Islamic banking. This research uses library research method and use a research to life history approach. Saeed's findings in the practice of mudharabah contracts in Islamic banking have constraints starting from capital, management, the validity period of contracts, guarantees, profit and loss principles that are different from the concept of mudharabah that develops in the science of fiqh. Abdullah Saeed concluded that the mudharabah contract in Islamic banks was different from the mudharabah contract that developed in the science of fiqh.</em>
Nationally the gap of zakat potential with the reality of zakat really happens, one problem is low zakat literacy. This research seeks to examine the level of zakat literacy in the community's scope, namely in Dukuh Krajan Mayonglor Village Jepara Regency. Focus on this research is the level of understanding of society towards the obligation to pay zakat. In this study used a qualitative method, is a data got by reviewing and efforts to explore phenomena in society as an aim data source in the field. Researchers use interviews, observations and documentation in data collection techniques. The results showed that the community of Dukuh Krajan understands the basic knowledge of zakat well, although it takes religious counseling and evidence of productive zakat as an effort to improve zakat literacy even better. <p><em>This study aimed to create a map of the evolution of waqf management research in indexed journals. This study analyzed keywords, topics, journals, and authors that were published in the Scopus database. This study focuses on a journal published between 2016 and 2021. This year was chosen because waqf management research has continued to advance since 2016. In addition, the scope of this study is restricted to three disciplines: social finance; economics, econometrics, and finance; and business, management, and accounting. There were a total of 93 articles that matched the year and topic criteria. Utilizing the Vosviewer application, the data is processed to determine the bibliometric mapping associated with the advancement of Waqf Management research. As indicated by the findings, the study's focus on waqf management has continued to evolve over the past six years. According to the results of the bibliometric analysis, the Waqf Management theme generates five clusters. Cluster 1 includes 15 topics. Cluster 2 includes 6 issues. Cluster 3 includes 4 issues. And Cluster 9 includes 2 issues. This study also demonstrates the need for further research on Waqf Management as a result of the proliferation of contemporary waqf products resulting from the development of waqf studies. This is necessary to preserve the integrity of the waqf and the management of waqf assets so that they remain within the sharia corridor. Since there isn't a clear way to tell if the performance of waqf institutions has gone up or down, one of the most important areas of research is the creation of performance criteria for waqf institutions.</em></p>
Salah satu potensi desa Karangampel Kudus adalah keberadaan UMKM. Sistem pemasaran UMKM tersebut masih bersifat konvensional. Di tengah pandemi sekarang ini, sebuah kebutuhan transformasi pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi urgensi digital marketing sebagai media dalam melakukan promosi di tengah pandemic covid-19. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah participatory action research (PAR) selama satu bulan penuh di mitra pengabdian Desa Karangampel, Kudus. Pelibatan langsung masyarakat terlihat dalam beberapa program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, antara lain, sebanyak 20 pelaku usaha dan UMKM berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah aktivasi website desa sebagai pusat informasi desa, beberapa produk UMKM sudah mampu mampu menggunakan digital sebagai media promosi.
