Disaster management includes distributing logistical assistance to disaster victims. The implementation of this distribution must occur at the right time, at an appropriate location, on target and be appropriate to the needs of the victims. This research aims to design an information system to improve the performance of disaster relief operations by managing the information while monitoring and evaluating humanitarian relief operations.Consequently, understanding the primary determinants of user acceptance behavior has become a vital aspect in the successful implementation of the information system. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is a tool to investigate and give a better understanding of the factors that affect the potential users’ acceptance and use of an information system. This research used 131 different informants from different groups of potential users to measure performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The results have shown strong relationships between four aspects of the measurements for the acceptance of all parties involved in humanitarian relief operations.
Abstrak Elektrolit merupakan salah satu dari cairan yang ada pada tubuh manusia. Elektrolit ini digunakan untuk menjaga keseimbangan cairan yang ada pada tubuh. Kekurangan elektrolit dapat mengakibatkan dehidrasi. Dehidrasi dapat diatasi dengan minum minuman yang mengandung elektrolit. Namun, minuman yang dijual oleh pedagang itu belum tentu mengandung elektrolit yang aman dikonsumsi oleh tubuh manusia, sehingga diperlukan alat untuk membantu pedagang untuk membuat minuman dengan kandungan elektrolit yang aman bagi tubuh manusia. Dari masalah tersebut, penulis membuat sebuah alat untuk mencampur minuman. Alat ini diberi nama DRIMM (Drink Mixing Machine). DRIMM akan memberi takaran campuran air minuman dengan takaran yang sudah diolah dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan, alat dapat membuat campuran air dengan konsentrasi elektrolit rata-rata sebesar 654 PPM. Sehingga kandungan elektrolit yang ada pada minuman tersebut sesuai dengan dosis yang aman dikonsumsi oleh tubuh. Alat ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pedagang dalam proses pembuatan minumannya. Serta membuat pedagang tidak perlu khawatir dengan kandungan elektrolit didalam minumannya. Kata Kunci: Elektrolit, Arduino, Mikrokontroller, Mixing, Regresi Linier Berganda
Disasters, whether natural or human-made, leave a lasting impact on human lives and require mitigation measures. In the past, millions of human beings lost their lives and properties in disasters. Information and Communication Technology provides many solutions. The issue of so far developed disaster management systems is their inefficiency in semantics that causes failure in producing dynamic inferences. Here comes the role of semantic web technology that helps to retrieve useful information. Semantic web-based intelligent and self-administered framework utilizes XML, RDF, and ontologies for a semantic presentation of data. The ontology establishes fundamental rules for data searching from the unstructured world, i.e., the World Wide Web. Afterward, these rules are utilized for data extraction and reasoning purposes. Many disaster-related ontologies have been studied; however, none conceptualizes the domain comprehensively. Some of the domain ontologies intend for the precise end goal like the disaster plans. Others have been developed for the emergency operation center or the recognition and characterization of the objects in a calamity scene. A few ontologies depend on upper ontologies that are excessively abstract and are exceptionally difficult to grasp by the individuals who are not conversant with theories of the upper ontologies. The present developed semantic web-based disaster trail management ontology almost covers all vital facets of disasters like disaster type, disaster location, disaster time, misfortunes including the causalities and the infrastructure loss, services, service providers, relief items, and so forth. The objectives of this research were to identify the requirements of a disaster ontology, to construct the ontology, and to evaluate the ontology developed for Disaster Trail Management. The ontology was assessed efficaciously via competency questions; externally by the domain experts and internally with the help of SPARQL queries.

Para mahasiswa yang saat ini belajar di Perguruan Tinggi, harus disiapkan menjadi pembelajar sejati yang terampil, lentur dan ulet (agile learner). Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka yang diluncurkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan merupakan kerangka untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa menjadi sarjana yang tangguh, relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, dan siap menjadi pemimpin dengan semangat kebangsaan yang tinggi. Kampus Merdeka memiliki program bernama Kampus Mengajar yang merupakan kegiatan mengajar di sekolah. Kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan program Kampus Mengajar pada perguruan tinggi yaitu mendorong, memfasilitasi, dan memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing untuk berperan dalam program Kampus Mengajar. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan mensukseskan program Kampus Mengajar.
Abstract. Load Test on Microservice implementing CQRS and Event Sourcing. In developing an application, determining the architecture is a very important job. This research implements microservice architecture with CQRS pattern and event sourcing on OpenAPI, API-driven and event-driven integration between services. Applying the right architecture can make the performance of the application faster. There are two test activities that are useful to find out the difference in the frequency of requests for APIdriven and event-driven that can affect response time, error rate and throughput, as well as analyze which architecture has better performance. The test is carried out using a load test technique using the JMeter tool. This study proves that microservices with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns have 3.7% faster performance compared to API-driven, and communication between services has no effect on error rate and throughput. Keywords: microservice, load test, CQRS, event sourcing, software architecture Abstrak. Dalam pengembangan sebuah aplikasi, penentuan arsitektur merupakan pekerjaan yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan arsitektur microservice dengan pola CQRS dan event sourcing pada OpenAPI, integrasi antar service berbasis API-driven dan event-driven. Penerapan arsitektur yang tepat dapat membuat performansi dari aplikasi menjadi lebih cepat. Terdapat dua aktivitas pengujian yang berguna untuk mengetahui perbedaan frekuensi request pada API-driven dan eventdriven yang dapat mempengaruhi response time, error rate dan juga throughput, serta menganalisis arsitektur mana yang memiliki performa yang lebih baik. Pengujian dilakukan dengan teknik load test yang menggunuakan tool JMeter. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa microservice dengan pola CQRS dan Event Sourcing memiliki performansi lebih cepat 3,7% dibandingkan dengan API-driven, serta komunikasi antar service tidak berpengaruh pada error rate dan throughput.Kata Kunci: microservice, load Test, CQRS, event sourcing, software arsitektur
