Latar Belakang: Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 membuat pergeseran yang cukup besar dalam transfer data dan informasi. Masyarakat dunia dipaksa untuk lebih banyak beraktivitas dari rumah guna menghindari penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang lebih masif lagi. Seperti yang kita ketahui, dalam Manajemen Proyek pengetahuan dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori: pengetahuan tacit dan pengetahuan eksplisit (1). Tacit knowledge dapat dikatakan sebagai pengetahuan yang masih berada dalam otak atau pikiran seseorang sesuai dengan pemahaman dan pengalamannya. Pengetahuan eksplisit adalah pengetahuan yang telah tertulis dalam buku atau manuskrip. Oleh karena itu, untuk menampung dan mengumpulkan tacit dan explicit knowledge terutama pada kondisi pandemi saat ini, sangat diperlukan suatu wadah atau dapat berupa platform dan alat yang dapat digunakan untuk tujuan tersebut. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental. Metode ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi yang cocok dalam penggabungan antara manajemen pengetahuan, excel makro dan portal online. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif menggunakan gambar hasil eksperimen dari design penggabungan manajemen pengetahuan, excel makro dan portal online. Hasil: Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini ialah platform online yang bisa diakses oleh pengguna dengan biaya yang relatif terjangkau, ramah pengguna dan dapat mengkolaborasikan antara data atau informasi dari pengguna dan pengetahuan atau informasi yang ada di manajemen pengetahuan dari perusahaan atau organisasi terutama di klinik-klinik kesehatan termasuk juga Rumah Sakit. Kesimpulan: Kolaborasi antara portal manajemen data online dan excel makro dapat digunakan untuk sentralisasi data dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk berkolaborasi dalam menganalisa data dan membuat keputusan yang diperlukan dengan mudah dan aman. Biaya dalam membuat platform online ini relatif lebih murah dan dapat disesuaikan dengan anggaran, karena aplikasi ini dapat kita sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna (kapasitas dan jumlah akses pengguna), sehingga klinik-klinik kecil pun dapat menggunakan platform ini.
XYZ Bank provides several digital banking services for various segments, including the D-Bank mobile banking application, XYZ Online Banking, D-Card Mobile for credit card management, D-Financial for SMEs, D-BisMart. for the supply chain, as well as XYZ Trade Connect and Cash Connect for various customer businesses. It is known that 1) IT risk on the D-Bank application is still high. This can be seen from the number of risk events for IT system failure in its application. 2) The handling of IT problems is still not optimal, this can be seen from customer complaints that often reappear in the D-Bank application, such as failed logins, failed transactions and slow performance. 3) Lack of handling of IT Security services. This can be seen from the number of cyber-attacks that have successfully entered the D-Bank application. The final result shows that there are several domains and principles that need to be considered by management in order to improve the performance of information technology.
Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology that has reliability in terms of maintaining data integrity and availability but not data privacy. Therefore, implementation of this particular unregulated technology must be reviewed to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, especially data privacy regulations which is this research main topic. For this reason, implementation of blockchain was observed in comparison with existing data privacy regulations in Indonesia. As initiation steps of research, data privacy regulations from Indonesia, Japan and Europe was used to be the input for the analysis of blockchain implementation. Two additionalinstruments, questionnaire and interview was used to produce an enhanced design for implementation of blockchain scheme in Indonesia. After the research was done, it was concluded that there is a possibility of blockchain implementation in Indonesia as long as the design was used with some notes as consideration.
The purpose of this study is to standardize work roles and their level of proficiency and to determine the ability of Knowledge Management in preserving Pentester Knowledge using Confluence® at XYZ Company. The data used and processed in this study were obtained from interviews and observations with the principal for work roles. The results of standardization of job roles are obtained by mapping using the NICE Framework, and proficiency levels can be mapped using the CIISec Framework. Knowledge Management capability assessment is carried out using COBIT®5 Domain APO07 (Manage Human Resources and BAI08 (Manage Knowledge). Observations and interviews are carried out in the order of data collection where respondents are represented by IT Director, HR Head, Confluence Manager, Sales Department Chair, and Team IT Governance The result of Capability Level is 2 (Managed Process), meaning that IT Governance at the time of implementing Knowledge Management has generally been carried out with planning, monitoring and adjustment, but several processes have not yet been implemented, have been presented to the Company's management as feedback and recommendations for improvement of planning process.
