Masa remaja merupakan masa di mana usia peralihan dari masa anak-anak ke masa dewasa yang mengalami perubahan emosi dan perubahan sosial. Penyesuaian sosial merupakan kemampuan seorang individu untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan bentuk tingkah laku yang telah disetujui oleh kelompok dengan diikuti kematangan emosi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kematangan emosi terhadap penyesuaian sosial pada mahasiswa baru Politeknik Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi sebab-akibat. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa baru jurusan akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 56 subjek penelitian. Analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple Linear Regression, dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, yaitu tingkat penyesuaian sosial pada mahasiswa baru jurusan akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Malang masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dengan hasil persentase sebesar 51,78% dan tingkat kematangan emosi mahasiswa baru jurusan akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Malang dinyatakan tinggi dengan hasil persentase sebesar 51,78%. (3) hasil dari uji regresi, koefisien korelasi variabel kematangan emosi dengan penyesuaian sosial sebesar 0,653. Kemudian terdapat nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,427. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kematangan emosi terhadap penyesuaian sosial pada mahasiswa baru jurusan akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Malang sebesar 42,7%.
Intimation is an ability to immerse his identity with the identity of others without fear of losing his own identity. This research was conducted to search for the meaning of maturity of intimation that includes sacrifice, commitment, compromise, and equal relations in the book of Riyadushshalihin the work of Imam Nawawi. The purpose of this study is to describe what and how the concept of early adulthood intimation maturity according to the perspective of Imam Nawawi. This study used a qualitative approach with Gadamerian’s hermeneutic type. Gadamerian’s hermeneutic is a method to interpret the meaning of the text by part and whole. The main data source in this study is the work of Riyadushshalihin book of Imam Nawawi. The data collected through documentation from defined text. Data analyzed using part and whole technique. Checking the validity of data is done through triangulation from the expert of sources and the book Sharh (in-depth reviews of a book). The result show that intimation maturity according to Imam Nawawi is a constant awareness of one’s self that he and the whole universe is a servant of Allah who are related to each other with behavior that is entirely based upon the laws that Allah has set over them. The intimation maturity according to him include the values of sacrifice, compromise, commitment, sincerity, and equal relations. Each divided into several aspects, there are 1) sacrifice: dedicated until the end of life, give something good to others, giving priority to others above ourselves, dedicated with earnest, give a loved one to those who need it, and bear the pain of others; 2) compromise: accepting the reason of other people, have the nature of forgiving, understanding differences of other people, to resolve issue with discussion, succumbs to the others, and idealistic; 3) commitment: the clarity of the aggreement on the commitment, have a trusteeship, made an agreemenr in commitment proportionately, have a good prejudice of other people, and the commitment is flexible; 4) equal relations: equality of responsibility for each person, the equality of rights for everyone, and legal equality for everyone; 5) sincerity: present in the presence of Almighty Allah, fear of the Almighty Allah, hoping to the Almighty Allah, and ridho against all decisions from the Almighty Allah. While the implications in psychology comparated with Erikson’s psychosocial theory. Suggestions for psychology scientists can use the result of this research as material identification intimation maturity. This research is aimed to know the lonelinessof sigle women on their early adult- period. The research is using qualitative method with fenomenology approach on three women on their early adult period who feel lonely. The data collection is using structural interview, open questionnaire, and the participants as the observers. The technique of data analysis is by using fenomenology technique. Based on the result of the analysis of this research, the conclusions acquired are as follow: (a) kind of loneliness for single women is feeling along and unreachable or unrealized dreams, (b) kinds of loneliness according to Brehm (1992), those which has existed are also appeared on every participant differently, (c) type of the loneliness in which the three participant are into is emotional loneliness, (d) the causes of loneliness are mostly due to relationships with someone, environment or a situation, and how they could build the expected relations, and (e) the reaction given were positive and negative based on the explanation of the participants which reacted in some ways such ignoring, denying, and responding. Jenis penelitian yang diambil adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi pada tiga perempuan dewasa awal lajang yang kesepian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, kuisioner terbuka, partisipan sebagai observer. Teknik analisis data dilakukan teknik data fenomenologis. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut:a)Jenis perasaan kesepian bagi perempuan lajang ialah merasakan sendiri dan harapan yang belum terpenuhi atau terwujudkan b) jenis –jenis perasaan kesepian berdasarkan Brehm, yang sudah ada juga muncul pada setiap partisipan, tetapi berbeda-beda. c) Bentuk kesepian yang mana ketiga pertisipan termasuk dalam kategori kesepian emosional. d) Penyebab kesepian lebih kepada menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain atau seseorang, lingkungan atau situasi dan bagaimana membangun hubungan yang diharapkan. e) Reaksi yang muncul berupa sikap negatif dan positif, yang mana semua menurut dari paparan partisipan. AbstrakKualitas pengajaran dan instruksi sangat diperlukan bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah. Supervisi di sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengajaran dan instruksi guru. Supervisi sebagai tulang punggung yang menentukan efektivitas sebuah sekolah. Supervisi yang baik melibatkan kegiatan bantuan untuk guru secara langsung dan menginformasikan tentang apa yang harus dilakukan atau telah dilakukan. Supervisi belajar-mengajar di kelas berusaha membantu guru untuk mengajar secara efektif belum tercapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan supervisi klinis ini yaitu 1) konferensi perencanaan; 2) observasi kelas; 3) konferensi umpan balik; 4) perencanaan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 1) konferensi perencanaan berhasil memberikan penjelasan kepada pihak sekolah dan guru terkait konsep kegiatan yang akan dilakukan; 2) observasi kelas dilakukan selama aktivitas mengajar yang meliputi pembukaan, main activity, manajemen kelas, dan aktivitas lainnya; 3) konferensi umpan baik dapat memberikan masukan bagi guru terkait kekurangan atau kelemahan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam proses mengajarnya; 4) rancangan evaluasi dapat memformulasi rancangan program khusus untuk guru berdasarkan hasil konferensi umpan balik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya supervisi klinis sangat berguna dalam mempromosikan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Guru Sekolah Dasar, Supervisi Klinis AbstractThe quality of teaching and instruction is indispensable for successful learning in schools. Supervision in schools aims to improve teaching performance and teacher instruction. Supervision is the backbone that determines the effectiveness of a school. Good supervision involves directly assisting teachers and informing them of what needs to be done or has been done. Supervision of teaching and learning in the classroom trying to help teachers to teach effectively has not been achieved. The methods used in this clinical supervision activity are 1) planning conference; 2) class observation; 3) feedback conference; 4) evaluation planning. The results of the activities showed that 1) the planning conference was successful in providing explanations to the school and teachers regarding the concept of the activities to be carried out; 2) class observations are carried out during teaching activities which include opening, main activity, class management, and other activities; 3) feedback conferences can provide input for teachers regarding deficiencies or weaknesses that need to be improved in the teaching process; 4) the evaluation design can formulate a special program design for teachers based on the results of the feedback conference. Thus, it can be concluded that clinical supervision is very useful in promoting teacher performance.Key Word: Clinical Supervision, Elementary School Teacher, Teacher Performance.
