During 2015-2018, Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs are faced with complex and multidimensional business problems influenced by internal and external factors. they are faced with problems that are classified into 5 main problems: marketing, finance, product legality, human resources, and packaging. The limited number of workers also affects business performance, where the average number of operators is 1-3 people per MSME, so steps are needed to maintain business performance namely through business assistance by outsiders. The purpose of this research is to produce a new system in the form of a continuous business assistance model involving 5 elements Penta helix: government, academia, business, community, and business assistants. The method used is a case study, a literature study based on gap analysis of previous research. The results obtained from this study are a new system in the form of a sustainable assistance model with 23 key performance indicators from 5 aspects of business based on a Performance Management System. In the future with this system, it is expected that Indonesian MSMEs have business resilience and sustainability.
The concept of developing tourism in the region must be based on sustainable development that is supported ecologically, economically, and ethically also socially fair to the community to establish the quality of life by regulating the supply, development, utilization, and maintenance of resources in a sustainable manner. This research is a qualitative exploratory study that emphasizes aspects of enrichment in the field as research strength to create a model. The results of this research are in the form of policy recommendations, as outlined in the new model. The Pentacyclus Concept model consists of three areas, namely the Penta Helix Area; Green Tourism Marketing Area; and the Strategic Sustainable Development Environment with indicators of success involving Penta helix elements, namely: Academic as a concept, Business as an Enabler, Government as a regulator, community as an accelerator and finally the media as a promoter. This model is expected to be applied as a sustainable tourism development planning model that is not only in space local scope but can be used in the national range, especially in some green tourism destinations in Indonesia.
Selain masalah klasik yaitu pemasaran, permodalan, legalitas, SDM dan produksi selama Pandemi Covid-19, UMKM menghadapi masalah lain: penurunan omset sebesar 78,4%, dari total 306 sampel sebanyak 96,4% UMKM Jawa Tengah.Mereka mengalami penurunan permintaan pasar. Akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, sebuah sistem baru yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja bisnisnya. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan model konseptual baru dalam mengembangkan sistem pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan bagi UMKM untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bisnis dengan melakukan rekayasa ulang proses. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meninjau riset terdahulu, mencari celah dan mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah model sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem. Rekayasa ulang proses bisnis diawali dengan penyusunan model pemetaan fungsional yang melibatkan unsur hexaheliks. Dengan menerapkan model konseptual rekayasa ulang proses bisnis menggunakan indikator kinerja utama dapat membantu UMKM dalam melakukan rekayasa ulang proses melalui pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan oleh pihak kedua.
PT.DN adalah produsen furnitur berorientasi ekspor yang sedang melakukan tindakan perbaikan kinerja gudang,yaitu penataan ulang tata letak gudang suku cadang karena menimbulkan permasalahan yaitu penempatan suku cadang tidak sesuai tempatnya mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman ke bagian produksi,tidak ada label nama barang di rak sehingga pengunaannya tidak beraturan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi perbaikan kinerja gudang dengan menggunakan Metode Class Based Storage (CBS) yang diusulkan kepada perusahaan agar kinerjanya meningkat. Dari hasil menerapan sistem tersebut diperoleh usulan dari jumlah rak awal sebanyak 11 buah menjadi 8 rak sehingga dari penyimpanan ruang tersisa dapat dimanfaatkan tempat barang masuk. Pada gambar tata letak gudang usulan terdapat penurunan total jarak tempuh dari jarak tempuh pada gudang awal sejauh 767,368 m lebih pendek menjadi 615,761 m pada jarak tempuh gudang usulan menjadi lebih efisien.Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode CBS dapat meminimalisasi permasalahan di perusahaan dan meningkatkan produktivitas GudangKata Kunci: kinerja gudang,Class Based Storage, tata letak gudang
