A modified compact microstrip resonance cell (CMRC) low pass filter (LPF) with ultrawide and deep stopband using novel fractal patches is presented. The proposed filter has a low insertion loss in the passband, good selectivity, ultrawide and deep stopband. The experimental results show a 3-dB cutoff frequency of 2.85 GHz and out-of-band rejection up to 67 GHz with 181.5% relative stopband bandwidth Low pass microstrip filters, ultrawide band, compact microstrip resonance cell (CMRC), fractal.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
