The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.

Work engagement is defined as a positive and satisfying mental state related to work characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption.One maximal work attitude in contributing as a predictor of institutional performance is engagement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job resources on work engagement through burnout as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. Sampling using snowball sampling is a sampling technique that first starts with a small amount and then enlarges. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models, simple linear regression models and sobel tests. The results of hypothesis testing job resources positive affect the work engagement, burnout negative affect the work engagement, job resources negative effect on burnout, job resources affect the work engagement through burnout.
Along with the increasing demand for access to data and information, the shares of telecommunication issuers are projected to become one of the resilience sectors. This study analyzes the sell signals and buy signals of the telecommunications shares listed on the IDX for the period 2019 to September 2021. The population is 18 issuers and the sample is 12 issuers selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, in the form of analyzing, describing and summarizing phenomena from the data obtained through historical data observations. The aim is to describe in full and in depth the phenomenon under study. The results showed that 4 issuers gave a buy signal and 5 issuers showed that they had not yet shown a definite signal (recommended to hold), while 3 issuers seemed overbought and showed a sell signal. These results indicate that telecommunication stocks tend to be in demand and have good prospects. However, the RSI indicator is most reliable when adjusted for the long-term trend of stock price movements. This makes investors need to be careful to review further whether the signal shown is just a false signal or is a buy-sell signal.

Work engagement is also the feeling of workers being comfortable with their work or organization so that faith or worship is needed to be comfortable with their work or organization. This study aims to examine how religiosity has on employee performance with work engagement as mediation for company employees in Salatiga City. The sample in this study uses the calculation with the Slovin formula with a sample of 100 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling. There are three measuring tools for data analysis in testing the hypothesis, namely Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Sobel Test through Classical Assumption Test, Model Goodness Test, and Validity and Reliability Test. The results of hypothesis testing are that religiosity has a positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, and religiosity affects employee performance through work engagement.

The data analysis used multiple linear regression models, simple linear regression and single test. The results of the hypothesis of work stress have a statistically significant and negative effect on job involvement, psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on job involvement, job stress has a statistically negative and significant effect on psychological health, job stress has an effect on job involvement through psychological well-being as a variable. intervening.
