This title is backgrounded by financial management employees in the PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia.Tbk Cooperative in the form of Application.There are many problems happened such as the data did not saved well and the financial data was mixed with the other archive. The purpose of this research is to build a cashier application system which will enumerate employees in its financial arrangement, both income and from the cooperative and then become a file which is computerized will facilitate the employees. The methods which is used in this application development method is Spiral.
It is the systematic approach and sequentially to software, start from users’ specification necessary until the planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. After analyzing the problems that occur then made the improvement to the current problem by build an application that supports web-based financial processes.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik. The population and samples were taken using the Slovin formula, with a total of 40 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik, who studied as many as 40 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the R square data (R2) are 0.874. The results showed that work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect performance, while the remaining 12.6% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Work motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on performance at PT. Praatomo Putra Teknik. The test results show that, partially, there is a significant influence of work motivation on performance at PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik.
Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun objek penelitian merupakan semua pegawai Bakesbangpol Kabupaten Luwu Utara dengan populasi sebesar 30 orang pegawai, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi dan metode rergresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi jabatan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bakesbangpol Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Lain halnya dengan variabel lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bakesbangpol Kabupaten Luwu Utara.
