This study aims to find how the strategy for implementing technology integration in Islamic education is effective and how to overcome the challenges of adopting technology integration in Islamic education. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The type of research used in this research is literature study. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis, by looking for patterns and finding themes that emerged from the materials collected. This study was analyzed by the stages of data collection, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the strategy for implementing technology integration in Islamic education is through improving technology infrastructure, training and professional development for teachers and education managers, preparing relevant digital Islamic content, and a technology-based curriculum approach. Addressing the challenges of adopting technology integration in Islamic education through increasing the accessibility of technology, developing technology training and certification programs for teachers, diversifying funding sources for technology integration, and a flexible approach to curriculum development and evaluation
Abstrak: Konsep kepemimpinan selalu digunakan dalam berbagai sektor, salah satunya pendidikan. Dalam dunia pendidikan, konsep kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan bagi tenaga pendidik. Hal ini karena tenaga pendidik merupakan orang yang profesional dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pebelajaran. Untuk itu, mereka dituntut untuk mengembangkan kinerja atau kemampuannya melalui sebuah kepemimpinan. sedangkan, pemimpin dalam lembaga sekolah adalah kepala sekolah. Pemimpin ini berperan untuk meningkatan kinerja dari tenaga pendidik dengan sistem kepemimpinan yang ideal. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk melihat penerapan konsep leadership dan powership yang ideal dengan subjek tenaga pendidik. Metode analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis ini diperoleh ke simpulan bahwa: penerapan konsep atau gaya kepemimpinan untuk tenaga pendidik ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap kedisplinan, kinerja atau kemampuan, dan tanggungjawab. Dalam meningkatkan kedisplinan, pemimpin sekolah menerapkan cara telling dan situasional. Sehingga, pendidik bisa memahami bahwa aturan disekolah harus ditaat dan dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan atau kinerja tenaga pendidik. Pemimpin menerapkan gaya partisipatif. Pemimpin harus membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan tenaga pendidik. Memberikan kepercayaan dan respek penuh terhadap kinerjanya. Terakhir, meningkatkan rasa tanggungjawab menerapkan gaya demokratif. Pemimpin menganggap tenaga pendidik sebagai patner kerja dan bukan bawahan. Kemudian, pemimpin memberikan bimbingan yang sesuai dan memberikan koordinasi yang jelas terhadap tugas yang dilakukan. The globalization of education has brought about significant changes in education systems around the world, technological developments, challenges of multiculturalism, and global competition are some of the main issues faced by Islamic education organizations in facing the globalization of education. Therefore, the management of Islamic education organizations must be able to overcome these challenges and maintain the high quality of Islamic education. This study uses library research methods (library research). Researchers study the literature, writings and sources that have a close relationship with the problem under study. Data collection by searching for sources from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The data obtained from the literature study were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. management of Islamic education organizations to maintain the quality of education that is of high quality and relevant in facing the challenges of educational globalization.
This study examines the development of entrepreneurial-oriented transformational Islamic educational institutions from a global perspective to determine the best strategies to establish Islamic educational institutions capable of making an excellent contribution to society and the world. This study concentrates on establishing entrepreneurial-oriented Islamic educational institutions to develop successful entrepreneurs and empower communities by acquiring skills and knowledge during the learning process. The library research approach was employed in this study. Researchers research books, publications, and materials directly connected to establishing transformational Islamic educational institutions from an entrepreneurial standpoint globally. Data collecting through offline and online searches for sources such as books, journals, articles, reports, papers, other relevant information sources, and existing research. An interactive qualitative model was used to examine the data from the literature review. This data analysis paradigm includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drafting. According to the findings of this study, numerous factors must be addressed in the creation of transformational Islamic educational institutions from an entrepreneurial standpoint: improving teaching and research quality, extend the institution's reach and reputation, providing study programs and curricula that address global demands, develop pupils' creative and imaginative skills, establish a network with industry and businesses, and increase international collaboration.
